These are great in ref to playing basketball and running.

These compression shorts are great for a wide variety of exercise activities. They are great for playing soccer, basketball, weighlifting, and CrossFit. They are very versatile and very comfortable. The only exception is running. If you are training for a marathon, I would suggest the short cut instead of the long cut shorts.

I really like them. The only negative is I wish they had a fly opening.

Provide a great Suport, the waist does not squeeze, even if you are a little overweight and the fabric lasts for at least 5 years. I have one that is 5 years old and still doing the job.

I own like 6 pairs of these and these are the best ones yet. Some older variations are too high waisted for men's shorts and these are not like that.
