I was so sad to receive these shoes and realize they were velcro closures! Had they been true buckles like I assumed, they would have been able to adjust to my higher arches. However, ugly velcro stuck out when I adjusted them to fit properly. Plus, I wouldn't want to pay this much for velcro that may wear out. PLEASE stop making adult shoes with velcro :(

They were too hard to get on.

I have skinny feet. Just like a lot of similar brands these run narrow and that works for me. They also look unique and awesome.

This is a cute shoe but was much smaller than another pair I bought from this company in the same size. The sizes don't seem to be consistent between styles with this brand. I have many pairs of L'Artiste shoes and I get a lot of compliments.

You just can't make shoes with a half size range, if they would have been a straight size 6 they probably would have fit fine. If I had gone with the 6.5 - 7, they would have been too big. :(

Fit true to size in length, maybe a little wide in width....but my foot is narrower. Super cute, super comfy

Love these shoes. I normally wear a 10-10.5 narrow shoe but can often wear a smaller size in a medium width boot. I ordered 42 as some reviews said the l’artiste brand runs small. They are a little roomy, but because of the style will be ok. I can also wear a sock or thicker knee-high with them so no need to return. One small pick is the top edges are stiff and sharp so they are not quite as comfortable as they could be. They are really pretty. I haven’t had an opportunity to wear them yet, but I’m looking forward to the opportunity. I’ve dealt with Zappos frequently and have always been pleased by the product and service. In this case the delivery time was exceptionally fast.

I LOVE L'Artiste styles! I have 4 pairs of their boots and I get compliments on every pair. I have a wide foot, but they're always comfortable, so don't be afraid to order a M width. These shoes however ran small. I could barely get my foot in - I felt like a Cinderella step sister! The boots have always been true to size, so I don't know what happened. I returned them and got my 5th pair of boots instead. Gotta love Zappos.
