I wanted love this shoe.It's beautiful and eye catching and I love plaid(and oxfords). I was so dissappointed when I tried them on. They had no support,and slipped on my heels. They just weren't a well structured shoe.

What an attractive, menswear-inspired oxford! It is a bit difficult to get my foot into it, due to my high instep. It feels a bit narrow in the heel because my right foot is swollen from an injury. The extra set of laces is a nice surprise!

I usually wear an 8.5 or 9. I ordered the 9 and they fit wonderfully. I have a high instep and medium to wide foot, and they were comfy and very cute. Got compliments the first time I wore them.

Have not worn these yet but they fit great when I tried them on. I am a fan of this brand. Their shoes are uber stylish and always comfortable.

I saw these shoes at Zappos.com and knew I had to have them. Now that I have them, I am truly in love with them. Thank you, Zappos!

I received compliments twice and asked where I got the shoes the very first time I wore them. They really do make a statement. So fun. The one complaint/comment I have is that the material instep feels wide. The material should fit snugly which it doesn’t. I’d buy again.

The European sizing put these at 5.5-6 US: I'm a 6 and they fit great.

I think they probably are "true to size." I was a bit nervous, given their European sizing. I wear a 7, and the first pair I received was 37 (6.5-7 American). I purchased these specifically because they'd been recommended to me as a shoe that would work with my orthotics AND be stylish. I assumed the insoles would be removable, but they're not. That size ended up being far too small, especially with the orthotics, but that's probably surprising only to me. Haha. I sent them back (thank you, Zappos, for free shipping!), and got the next larger size. They work very well with the orthotics inserted. They are comfortable, very well made, the leather is beautiful, and the styling is super cool. I can't wait to wear them to work!

I fell in love with this shoe at first site on Zappos,but was totally dissipointed when it arrived. It was too wide and just looked awful on my feet. Ilove the style of most oxfords,but these had to go back.

I must be the odd man out on the review of this shoe, as I found it to be one of the worst shoes I've ever tried on. The width across the widest part of my foot was way too tight, while the heel was loose. There was no support on the sides of this shoe, and I did not feel much in the way of comfort on any level. Unfortunately, these had to go right back in the box and be returned. I would not recommend these shoes.
