I loved what several other reviewers did not like, and that was the small opening at the top. I am petite and that always looks a little sloppy with dresses with other booties, but these are perfect. The lace detail around the top also gives it a nice dressy look. I didn't notice the blue stitching on the black ones which looks nice but not for what I was going to wear them with. They are very comfortable and I could see myself wearing these all day.

I. LOVE. THESE. BOOTS! They are beautiful. They are also comfortable and well-made. I have a wide foot, so since they do not come in a wide width, I ordered up a size. They ended up fitting really well actually (usually 8.5W, I got a 40). One thing - the tops are kinda stiff, and when I walk, they poke my calf when I turn a certain way. I'm either going to live with it, or maybe add a plain black boot topper inside around the ankle to fill the extra space. I am currently walking around my house in these boots and a tshirt and gym shorts! I feel so sassy I don't want to take them off.

These are so gorgeous! Comfortable right out of the box. I wear a 6.5 US women's, the 6.5-7 feels accurate (little bit more space than my other 6.5 shoes, but with slightly thicker socks they're just right). The shininess and color make me smile!

The fit and size on these gorgeous boots seemed spot on. I couldn't ask for better. The style is outstanding (and that is an understatement). I get compliments wherever I go and they make me feel quite special. I am so happy I came across them on Zappos even though I was not looking for them. Sometimes you just don't know what you are missing.

These booties are so pretty. They look like they are covered with lovely lace over iridescent fabric and blue leopard print on the heel. They even have a pretty lace trim at the top. These aren’t to wear every day but they will look fabulous with blue jeans and really add a punch to a plain every day outfit.

Love the style of these boots! Comfortable and fashionable to dress up or down. Plan to wear for the Holidays.

Love this boot with moderate heel and comfortable insole. Fit is great and shipping was fast. The style is feminine and edgy. Plan to wear often for the holidays or anytime to dress up casual wear!

These boots are stunning and perfect in every way! I have several pairs of this brand and just ordered another pair because of the quality, heel height, and overall unique designs that complete an outfit!

The general fit of these was great apart from a little slipping due to the short top but I put an insole in it and love it to death. It rubs a little on one boot where the lace is at the top and I was determined not to send them back so I put a bandage there and walk proud in these boots. The width is great and my toes have the space they need to be happy. The arch support is moderate but the overall bed of the shoe is so comfortable I have no trouble with the arch. Now I have 2 pair of these boots and look forward to more in the future. They were a head turner today when I went out with them.

So unbelievably cute! They’re much shinier more sparkly than the photos. The little ruffle at the top really makes the style. I wouldn’t be able to cover them up with jeans or slacks. Too cute to hide! I wanted to love them, but they’re just not right for my feet. They felt wide in the heel and instep, which put a lot of pressure on the ball of my foot. Also, there is zero padding in the insole. Too bad. I really loved the look.

I absolutely love these! Comfortable right out of the box, and are the perfect complement either jeggings. They dress up or down with any outfit, and are noticed by everyone! Getting ready to purchase another pair in a different color. Thanks L’Artiste for a great product!

These boots were super cute and felt great when I tried them on, I could tell they were going to be comfortable. Unfortunately they didn’t work with the outfit I bought them for and I had to send them back.

My favorite brand L'Artiste. I got the Bordeaux and they are to die for gorgeous. As always, L'Artiste lines the insides with lovely soft flannel. Plenty of room in my usual 38 - 7 /2 med size. No break in time. I'm 70 and as most my age, our feet are terrible, but L'Artiste leaves plenty of room for comfort and outstanding style and quality.

I bought the Bordeaux and they are indescribably GORGEOUS and as almost all my varied L'Artiste collection, they are amazingly comfortable in my usual 38 - 7 1/2 normal size. L'Artiste shoes and boots always look even better in person than on line. I didn't find the top of the boot to be stiff, (like another reviewer wrote) but I have small ankles, so they don't really touch my leg. This brand has it all: style, comfort and the WOW factor. I find L'Artiste to always be a tremendous bargain (even not on sale) for the quality too - most of their boots, like these, are lined in the softest flannel like fabric - not just raw leather inside like so many boots.

The fit and comfort is fabulous...the style is over the top, great!

I am absolutely in love with these boots! They fit perfect and are quite comfy too! They couldn’t be more magnificent on and I will most definitely order other styles from Spring Step. ??????

I love the look of these boots but they are a bit narrow across the area just above my toes. I have a normal, maybe even a little narrow, size 8 1/2 to 9 foot. I’m trying to soften that area up using my fingers to stretch it if possible, that particular area on the boot is a bit on the firm side so I think I can get it to soften up. The size 9 length is perfect

I wanted to like these but they were kind of gaudy in person. Pretty comfy but nothing to write home about.

Wow! The photos don't do these justice. They're much more sparkly and dazzling in person, really stunning! The tulle ruffle around the top adds a feminine touch and I'd hate to wear them under jeans and cover them up. Definitely a pair of booties to proudly display! The fit was not good on me though. I always wear a size 42/11 M. I don't have high insteps or arches, in fact I'm pretty flat-footed, and I had a hard time pulling them on. Once on, they felt narrow through the arch and my toes were very squished. I usually try to buy a more rounded or almond shaped toe, but these didn't seem all that pointy so I gave them a shot. Too bad they didn't fit my weird feet, because they are gorgeous! I got the blue ones, but I'd bet the purple ones would be even more fabulous!

These are beautiful, but I'm returning them because they rub the front of my calves when I walk. Also, the arch support isn't in quite the right place for me.
