The whole shoe experience was bad. I paid full price and obviously received a very much worn shoe. This is the second time this has happened to me. They arrived in a box that was beat up, the bottom of the shoe was so scuffed up you could tell It had been worn many times and the top of the shoe the leather was bent and cracked, creased as if someone had worn it. It ran small anyway so I would’ve returned it even if it was brand spanking new but it wasn’t. I am tired of paying for things and receiving something that someone wore for a while and then returned. I understand things being returned and then sent to someone else if it’s in good shape and was merely tried on. But something that someone wore for a while or several places and then returned is not something that I want to pay full price for. The shoe itself was not up to Mis Mooz standards anyway, Dull red , dull leather, ugly idea. I didn’t like it overall. Zappos used to would never have sent out such a badly used product!!! I really like these shoes! They are made from a really high quality, soft leather, and they fit great. They are stylish and modern with a twist on the traditional Oxford. They look great with jeans or a dress.

these were just a bit too large - but not large enough for a size down to work....(they don't come in half sizes)...which was a shame, because they fit my arch perfectly. a little clunky but not too much so and a great color (ocean) and low heel.

These are right on the money. The quality, the style, the fit the whole package. They fit perfect, so comfortable. I love these.

Ocean color looked beautiful on the website, but almost black in person. Sending them back, although very comfortable.

Love these shoes! The purple is a fabulous color and they are so comfortable.

These shoes are lovely. They are also $149.00 and though I would adore keeping them I just can't justify spending my weekly grocery budget for my family on a single pair of shoes for myself (I tried, honestly -- I tried!). :(((

Wonderful, modern take on a classic shoe. Fit true to size. Soft insole but will likely add a thin heel cushion for long days on my feet. Quiet on hard surfaces with nice traction. Def recommend!

I really wanted to keep this shoe. Let me tell you, this is a stunning shoe. Old fashioned quality. The leather is glove smooth. I have been ordering size 8 recently with zappos, because my feet have changed with age. Forever I have been a size 7 1/2. So I am returning them and trying a 7 1/2. This color and style is out of stock in 7 1/2 so I will try the same brand in a tie shoe. I hope it fits because I would love to own these shoes. Thank you Zappos.

Love love love this shoe. However the red is closer to a rust/brown color. Will return and order the yellow color direct from their site. But very well made and seemed like it would be comfortable.

I love these shoes so much. I can wear with or without socks and they don't rub my feet.

Beautiful color. The heel looks like wood, but isn’t, so it’s not noisy on floors. The shoes didn’t need any breaking in. I wore them at work two days in a row without discomfort. Cute with anything! I’m a fan of Miz Mooz now!

These are cute shoes but felt very wide in the ankle. I do have narrow ankles and these were the right size but I felt like I was going to walk right out of them.

This shoe was a little more orangey than I would like. I am looking for a chocolate brown shoe but they’re very hard to find. However the leather is really soft and it is a very comfortable dress shoe. I always wear a 10 in gym shoes and usually a 9 1/2 in a ‘dress’ shoe but these I would need a 10 in as the 9 1/2 are a little tight. The style is very trendy and looks good with ankle pants!

The leather is beautiful and manageable. The fit is a little tight but will fit the next time. I love the ,Miz mood shoes

Left shoe fits perfect. Right shoe is too tight across the top of the foot and at widest part of foot. My foot feels like it’s being crushed. It’s really unfortunate because I like this shoe. WHY oh WHY couldn’t they have a little piece of elastic in those straps across the top of the shoe? Instead those straps are fixed with NO GIVE, no way to loosen them to fit different sized feet. WHY?????? (A larger size would be too long) Such a shame.

These shoes are true to size and very attractive/modern, but I have high arch and I struggled to get my foot in, so they are going back.

The size was perfect, and it was really easy to get out and on. However, I have to wear an orthotic in my shoes, and the shoes were too tight when I put it in. The leather was really nice, but I had to return them.

Miz Mooz shoes in size 8 always fit me perfectly, and this shoe does not disappoint. The leather is a rich black, exceptionally soft, and smooth.

These are amazing shoes. Buy them. Wish they came in a dark brown.

I cannot express how pleased I am with this shoe! So comfortable and very cute on. For very long days, I use a small heel insert but can do without it for regular use. I wish it came in a med to dark brown!!

These shoes are very comfortable which is the main reason I bought them and is the kind of shoe you will wear for years. Are they expensive yes, well made yes, nice padding inside and the color was the blueish black which I like as I wear a lot of jeans. I also have a thin foot and they do not flop around if I do not want to wear a sock. I would suggest giving them a try.

Love, love, love these shoes! They are great looking, great quality and buttery soft like the other Miz Mooz that I have. They are generous so if you are between sizes, I’d recommend sizing down.

I absolutely love these shoes. I am a Born shoe lover but decided to try something new since these looked so cute. I'm glad I did because I am so happy with the look and fit. Highly recommend these shoes

This was my first purchase of Miz Mooz shoes, and they were perfect. I wore them all day and they were so comfortable and no break in required. I got lots of compliments on them from co-workers and a lady in the store even asked me about them. I usually only purchase Born shoes but decided to go out of my comfort zone and I'm so glad I did. Ladies, these shoes are amazing and look good with jeans, slacks, or dresses.
