I was hoping the negative reviews were from very picky people and I would like these shoes but unfortunately I have to return. Very bare bones shoes. No padding or cushion. My feet were sore and aching just from standing in them for 20 minutes. Agree with other reviews about the back of the shoe rubbing badly as well. They are very stiff and heavy. Can't imagine they would provide a comfortable workout.

I normally wear a 7 but am exchanging for a 6.5 as the 7 had a little too much room in the toe. The color online is not super accurate, the gray is much darker and the pink is a much brighter pink than the muted pink shown.

Like others the deseign / height of the heel digs in and causes blister within a short time frame. Over all i really liked the shoe and wanted to be able to keep it. I would say try the shoe with caution. If you are lucky and it doesn't irritate heal I think it's a great shoe.

I normally wear a 8.5 and sized down to 8 and they fit perfect which is what I wear in the Nano X. The back of these shoes rub on my heel and it makes wearing these very uncomfortable. This is disappointing because they would be a great shoe if it weren't for the back of the heel.

I really wanted to like these shoes but the right shoe was so more loose fitting than the left. Overall the shoe felt big and not well fitted so I returned. Thankfully, Zappo's has a great return policy!

Not my favorite Reeboks at all. The back comes up a little high and rubs the back of my ankle pretty bad. They are also the first pair I have ever had to break in and took a while. Seem very stiff and just don't move the way I am use to Reeboks moving.

I want to love these so badly, but the part that touches your Achilles slices open blisters every time I walk in them. The width is perfect (which is why I bought them), great cushioning for cross training, but I couldn't even run in them if I want. I've been trying to do a slow break in period, but why is the back heel cup so high?? And why is that fabric there so abrasive? I'd love to be able to love them, but I might have to purchase some foam padding or something for the back. I should have listened to other reviews about this. Anyways, the les mills red color is perfect which is why I got these ones instead of the Xs.

I had these shoes for a few months and the fabric that dm held down the laces detached from the shoe. Good shoe but didn't last long for me

They rub the back of my heel which makes them uncomfortable. This is my 5th pair of Nanos and I have never had this problem.

These are the most comfortable shoes for my tootsies, except the Achilles heel area, the material is ribbed and very high up. I was bleeding within a half mile. I wish I could cut that section down. They are extremely comfortable and cute!

I am disappointed in the quality of the shoe. While they are comfortable and are very attractive, I had problems with the black letters on the heel of the shoe. They keep falling off. I have 2 out of 7 left on one shoe.

I had very, very high hopes for this shoe. I've read some amazing reviews and I love the way they're designed so I went ahead and bought them. However, they're honestly kind of a let down. I have very normal feet, no high arches or flatness, nor wide or narrow, just plain, normal feet. The way these fit are extremely weird. There's a TON of room in the toe box and it makes my foot move inside of them, which of course doesn't feel secure and it's definitely not ideal when doing HIIT or any other exercise for that matter. It actually got to a point where I have to wear two pares of socks to make me feel secure. Lastly, the upper part of the shoe ended up ripping off somehow? (I try not to lace them too tightly, but again, the security issue) I've only had these for about 5 months now too which is a big let down. Overall, I'd say pass on these. They're very cute but there's better out there.

I bought these to replace a 0mm drop Reebok CR5FT shoe from back in the day. (They don't make it anymore.) I was expecting another 0mm drop but this is for sure not. I asked a question on this page and found out it's 7mm. Yikes! Not even close. But the shoe is very nicely flat and stable on the ground. Even better than the old CR5FTs. My slightly wide forefoot was perfectly comfortable in the toe box. In related news: I looked at Reebok's HIIT TR hoping to find whatever replaced the CR5FT. Reebok cust svc can't provide a drop measurement for them so....? Not going to even try with those because honestly, I'm not willing to risk the work it would take to return them. If Reebok doesn't want to publish stats then they can do without my business, clearly. Plenty of zero drop shoes on the market. Brand loyalty only gets Reebok so far with me.

I love Nanos for HIIT . I have always purchased a 9.5 women's shoe. These Nano X1's are simply too big. I will be returning for a 1/2 size smaller.

I love Nano's and they're always my go to shoe. I've never had any issues with any crossfit shoe I've botten. I have to say, I'm not a fan of these, and the only thing I like is that they're comfortable. After 3 times of wearing them and doing rope climbs, they ripped. I wasn't sure if I could return them after wearing them a few times, so I kept them. My boyfriend bought the same pair and returned them immediately, as they ripped as well. I don't recommend these for CrossFit workouts, but rather just keep them in the normal gym where there is not heavy maneuvering on the shoe. I recommend other shoes for Crossfit!

Not a huge fan of these. At first I thought they were great because they're light weight, however, when you get to heavier lifts, you notice you aren't gripping the floor as well. Recommend the Nano X's over this by a landslide.

Zappos recommended that I buy a half size smaller than usual. This did not work. The shoes were just too short.

True to size and was really excited about these when I ordered them. However, the backs of the heel are very high and they're rigid. I put them on and knew they were going to rub my heels raw if I kept them. Super bummed.

I bought these and the Nano X for CrossFit. The backs of these rubbed on my Achilles, so they would have taken some breaking in time. The Nano X were much more comfortable. Other than the Achilles issue, I had no complaints. They were overall very comfortable and cute.

Being cross-trainers, I've tried these for walking (5 mi at a time), BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyAttack and BodyStep. The high back on the shoe caused blisters around the achilles area for both myself and my son. They are good for BodyPump since you're not shifting around alot. They provide a good solid base for squats and lunges. As for the more active classes (Attack, Combat and Step), I found unless I tie them so tight it hurts, they shift around and don't feel like they provide much support in the arch area. My feet start hurting. I'm not the only one in my household with these shoes, and the consensus is the same. The shoe quality is good and solid. They do seem to run a bit wide. I need shoes like that, but these seem really wide - a lot of room (maybe too much) in the toe box.
