I'm new to CrossFit and couldn't figure out why couldn't keep my heels planted on the ground. I would constantly fall forward. And my shoes would sometimes slide. My coach told me to try the Nano's and boy did they ever make a difference! These shoes help you exercise with proper form and stability! Changed my workouts for the better!

These are exactly what I wanted for lifting! I love how they have a slightly wider toe box than most sneakers.

Very comfortable yet supportive. They do come up pretty high on the heel but I wear socks that come up high enough so no issue there. I am using these for low impact exercise and light weights. Recommend for the comfort factor alone!

I like the X1 better than previous versions of the nano because it is flat enough where I am comfortable with heavy lifting but it's shaped differently where it's better suited for things like running, jumping, and dynamic movements than previous versions.

Amazing cushion and support while still being able to feel the ground.

Color is great!! Way cuter in person. They are great for bootcamp workouts and small distance runs. (1 miles or less). I have wide feet so I sized up a half size and fit great with plenty of room for foot swelling.
