I have a skinny feet so, they’re lose and they feel big on me.

I loved the style and the materials. The fit was a tad tight in length- I ordered the same size as my other 8 pairs of Birkenstocks have been. The thing that made me return them was that toe post. Too thick, too short- making the straps attached to the post quite uncomfortable. If that post was thinner and a bit taller- I would buy a couple pairs!

I wear size 39 in Birkenstock period. Ordered these, they were so uncomfortable. Then I read reviews and sized down to a 38, they fit perfectly. Very comfortable, but these are similar to others with similar features for much less. Don't know if I would recommend based on value, seems priced too high for what it is, and the competition.

At first I thought that I would really feel comfortable wearing these flip flops, but after a few minutes the toe divider was extremely uncomfortable.

I have the Gizeh EVA sandals and was looking to replace them with another pair, but couldn't find them in my size, so I tried this pair of Birkenstocks. I wear a size 11, but these felt large and clumsy on my foot when I tried them on. They were kind of cute, but once I wore them around the house for a while, I realized it was like walking around with a piece of plywood strapped to my feet. There is no cushioning. At all. I'm a big gal and I need a soft sole for comfort. These are not that, so I returned them with no problem at all (thanks Zappos)!

I love the look of these, and feel the arch support and footbed would be comfortable. But I had two problems with this sandal. First, the thong between my toes felt big and uncomfortable. For reference, I usually wear Olukai flip flops and have never had problems with the thong between my toes with Olukai. Second, the sizing seems to run a touch large to me. I’m usually 7 in running shoes, 7 in Olukai. I tried these in 7, and they were too long, probably be half a size. Also, the thong/strap is way TOO BIG for my feet. Granted, my feet are skinny (not narrow, but bony), but I could fit my entire hand under the thong strap with my foot inside the sandle. I’ve never had this degree of problem before, even with my bony feet. I couldn’t even walk in these because the thong was so loose on top of my foot. I don’t know why show makers don’t make two sandal trap sizes available to accomodate the diversity of people’s bodies. Sadly will be returning these.

LOVE Birkenstock -these are flimsy and not very supportive ! Will wear when I’m around water but not to just wear !!!

I wanted to love these as they were everything I needed in a flip-flop: style and comfort. They fit nicely, but I felt like I was about to walk out of them just trying them on at home. I'm not sure I could've gone on long walks with these as I felt my toes trying to grip the shoe too much just to keep it on.

The fit was a bit too big. I’ve worn many styles of Birkenstock sandals for many years. I have always bought a size 38. The sizing on these shoes said 39 fits 8-8 1/2 . Size 8 is what I am. I should have ordered 38. The price of these sandals was disappointing after receiving them. They are very lightweight. They are made of plastic. There is no cork whatsoever. These plastic Birkenstock’s are not worth the price. I’m keeping them to wear as a summer slipper around the house. I will not order these again. Knock- off’s are better !

If you like hard flip flops that hurt, then this is a great shoe. I wear a size 12 and the length was perfect. The toe post is very uncomfortable. I wish these would have had flexibility.

What has happened to shoes..?? Birkenstock used to be an amazing company. I have worn a few of them over the years. This sandal is short and more narrow than the sandals I have had in exact same size. And like others have said, there is something very wrong with the toe post. Either too stiff or not quite in the right place. Painful to walk in.

Returned to the sender. Not fit well.

The shoe is made of very “hard plastic.” It is not cushy/soft/flexible. I have a dozen pair of Birkenstock shoes and this is the first pair I have had to return.

I wear a women's 6.5 and these fit pretty well. However they were not comfortable - felt like rigid plastic all around- and the style is bizarre. You can't really see it in photos, but these flip-flops are shaped like a foot-shaped tray--they have a rim all around the perimeter of each shoe. It's kind of weird. Also they weren't as comfortable as I expected them to be, since they're Birkenstocks. Returning these.

I thought these were supposed to be comfy, cushiony yet supportive to my arches. Instead, they are hard and painful to my normal feet. I wear other toe post sandals daily, but these were intolerable to both my big toes. If I’d gone even one block, I’d have blisters!

Not at all good quality like Berkenstock corks.

The material made my foot itch. The arch support was disappointing, considering this is a Birkenstock. The prong for the toe was too wide.

cute but toe post was uncomfortable for me. and I have worn the Birkenstock gizeh very comfortably for years, which has a toe post. disappointing they are really cute.

I got a pair of these and they were easily a full-size too large so I sent them back and got a pair in a size smaller than I usually wear and got those yesterday and these shoes are the most uncomfortable shoes that I put on my feet. So today I took that pair back to UPS as well.

These were wonderful when they arrived but after wearing for 2 weeks around the house only, they have stretched out in length to be 2 sizes larger. I am so disappointed. They look horrible now and are to big. Very expensive shoe to be doing this. No better than the ones at the Dollar Stores. You missed the mark Birkenstock! I wrote a wonderful review after I wore them a day or two but my opinion has definitely changed.

Comfortable and look good but they make a louder than normal slapping sound (louder than other flip flops) - SLAP SLAP SLAP. Also, the arches of my foot create a suction on the arch of the shoe and make fart-like sound. Like when you’re a kid and you cup your armpit with your hand and flap your elbow up and down.

Toe post is PAinful!

They fit true to size. They also had a reasonable arch support. But! I absolutely couldn’t wear them!! They were as hard and uncomfortable as walking in a pair of shoes that were made outta a pair of boards!! Very very, hard to walk in, and uncomfortable!! Sent right back!!

The thong between the big toe cut into my skin. The material was hard and it felt like and actually cut in between the the two toes.
