I had high hopes for these but unfortunately the mid foot section was too narrow. I ordered the black leather and the leather was really stiff and hard. As far as length I would say they are true to size.

The fit was good except on the left shoe the band across the toes was loose when put next to the right shoe it looked wider. Different colors in this shoe fit different also the Canvas has a longer ankle strap compared to the all Nubuck.

So these have the typical Birkenstock footbed that is comfortable, and the heel height isn't too high. They're not "high heels," but they do look professional. My issues is that the footbed strap is quite tight on my left foot and marginally tight on my right. I wore these for about 5 minutes at home, and my left foot had a deep pressure mark on the outside. My feet are normal width, and I almost never have issues like this. I'm going to see if I can get them stretched professionally, but if not, these have to go back. It's a shame because they're otherwise comfortable and supportive.

This sandal is cute enough but the narrow size is not narrow enough. The front strap did not come close to fitting my foot it was so wide and my foot isn’t particularly narrow except at the heel.

I ordered sandal in 10- 10:5 narrow width but unfortunately it fit more like a regular width. Had to return.

I am a BIG FAN of Birkenstock Papillio. Unfortunately this style did not work for me. The toe area felt narrower than previous styles. The arch felt great, but needed to return this pair.

I ordered the light tan color but what I received was black! I am going to try to return for the correct color. I do really like the comfort of this shoe.

Really liked the style. But they were too stiff and hurt my foot. Also the strap should be longer so that there was more room to buckle. The other color may be softer

I love the color, but the size was half a size to big.

These hurt the top of my foot, but I have high arches, so that may be why.

I really wanted to be able to keep this sandal, but it was just too wide for my narrow foot.

As others have said, the footbed has a seam along the side that is irritating. Returning.

The sole was very hard and didn't bend when I walked.

Fit and size was fine. In the end, I do prefer the double buckle style which gives adjustment opportunities over time. Also, I neglected to notice that it does not have the soft footbed, which is my mistake.

Odd fit overall.

toe box rubbed oddly on the bottom of my foot, but otherwise they were cute and ok.

The fit of these shoes was weird on my feet. The arch didn’t seem to line up with the arch of my foot. I probably could have tried sizing down one to see if that’s it was a little bit better, but ultimately I felt like they would need to be broken in a lot and I didn’t have time to do that.

I would order a size down, as it runs a bit big.

This shoe almost hit the nail on the head for me, but there were a few things that bothered me. First of all, my normal size was huge. I would need to order a size down. Also, the leather was very stiff and rubbed against my toes, and the location of the ankle strap was not flattering on my legs. Otherwise, I loved the height, footbed, color and general style.

The sole felt very stiff and very uncomfortable. I ordered a 10N, and it seemed pretty wide to me.

I was disppointed in this shoe design. The arch area is narrow and sides of feet hang over on both sides which is very unattractive. I don't have very wide feet.

These really weren’t narrow at all! The upper strap by the toes was quite loose. Back they went! Cute style and stiff outsole that I need for a foot issue, so I was disappointed that the narrow option wasn’t narrow enough!

These shoes were the right fit and really cute, but unfortunately the right foot had a major defect - the canvas part is stretched out and not like the other side.

The leather is beautiful and the footbed is very comfortable. Its odd to walk with the strap around my ankles, it hits right where the ankle bends during walking.
