Good looking tough shoe, weight lifting or Hiit it's held up and stayed comfortable and supportive

Great shoe for HIIT and weight training. The only design flaw is that the tongue slides to the side of the shoe for me. Minor issue for otherwise great shoe.

This should would be a perfect 10 if there was a little more cushioning in the sole. I use it for Les Mills / Grit workouts, and can feel the ground when landing from the plyo moves. I've bought 4 pairs cause I love the look of them!

Good all round performance. Nano X1 is stable but also flexible and cushioned.

I had the NANO Xs and Nano 2s before this. These are a real upgrade. They flex more than the Xs and provide more comfort. The heel feels like its higher to assist with squats. It felt a bit tight in the toe box at first, but after a few WODs it loosened up.

Excellent training shoes to wear I fine Nano X1 to be very comfortable, and I enjoy the way they feel I have found the Nano X1 shoes to be very comfortable to wear during my physical work training periods.*****

Has anyone had an issue with the heel area of this shoe, just received mine and love everything about them but the area at the heel is rubbing and giving me a blister, not sure if they will be fine once worn a few times or if I should return them, any advice would be great, thanks

They are light comfortable, and feel very stable...

New shoes = PR: I like the position the added/improved angle sets up the ankle flexion - I thought the sole would be too soft, but when in a squat, they feel stable in the heels.

4 out of 5 because the top of the heel gave my a achilles a blister. (Short socks) Other than that these shoes are awesome!!

It's a comfortable shoe with a smaller presence than the nano X which I like.

My favorite Nanos yet. They are definitely my favorite to run in. I no longer have to wear running shoes on heavy running days.

I'm pleased with the shoe performance on walks. It looks great and is comfortable. I'd like to see it in a "slip-on" version.

This shoe definitely gets compliments! I won't recommend working out with these.

Some great improvements with these compared to previous versions. As breathable and nearly as flexible as the Nano 8, as stable as the X. The higher arched insole makes the shoe feel much more narrow, and has caused pain in my left foot. I switched out with other insoles that are flatter and a bit more cushioned, making these much better. I did the same in my Nano X for the same reason.
