The NanoX1 is a perfect shoe for this much needed workouts. Great all around shoe, from heavy lifts to HIIT.

I love these shoes, I purchased the red/white/black and the black/gum. Very comfortable for training and lifting, great amount of support. Not too much cushion, not flat either. I will probably buy one more pair just because!

using these for weight lifting and cardio. Give good support and grip. One of the best shoes I've used in a long time

This is the second purchase from this type (had nano6 for 2 years) and I feel like my feet are barefoot but also very steady in the same time. I use them for training for also for long walks or hiking.

Very comfortable! Breathable, flexible, but still great!!!! Have not ran or done ropes yet.

Great for HIIT workouts. Lightweight, supportive, and decently comfortable. Extra support along outside edge makes for easy lateral movements. Looks good too.

Best workout shoes I've ever worn. I do multiple work out styles. Lifting, HIIT, and boxing. The shoes have not let me down from any aspect. The only con I would say is they run a bit small. Im usually a 10. I feel in these I could use a 10 1/2 .
