These are my first CrossFit-specific shoes and they are great. They provide support but also are flexible and are easy to run in when necessary. I'd wear them all day, though I would trade them for running specific shoes if I were doing a longer training run.

I love these shoes for my Les Mills Body Pump classes. They give me a strong grounded base for squats, lunges and clean and presses. I get the same feeling in the weight room also. The fit matches previous purchases. I will buy again when I wear these out.

Absolutely love. Perfect fit and beautiful shoe. Have been wearing nano X1 for at least 7 shoes now, and this is my favorite so far. Switched from Womens to men's for a wider toe box.
