These shoes are light and very comfortable. I have tried several different Nano shoes and found that the Nano X1's are the most comfortable by far. I truly recommend these shoes.

Great shoes! Transitioned over seemlessly from NB Minimus. A little heavier but also more sturdy as you can imagine. Surprisingly I can also run in them I wasn't expecting that. Comfortable & study, would buy again! Great for any workout of the days or any type of CrossFit or just interval training.
