Rate to find a shoe narrow enough to fit my feet. Love these shoes.

Love the soft foot bed but the straps are stiff and have hard edges that cut into your skin, even after wearing a lot they never softened up.

I've worn the Florida and generally like the style, but the leather was somewhat stiff and uncomfortable. This was a return.

Too big. Felt much larger than the birkenstocks I had without the soft footbed. Loved the color.

This is my first time ordering the soft bed. It isn’t as supportive as the regular in my opinion so I will be returning. It also looks used and the straps are frayed/damaged. The straps are also less comfortable than my oiled leather Arizonas.

straps were rough..needs socks to protect skin..

Five stars for appearance; really loved how they looked. A bit dressier than most Birks. But, if you have bunions, this style might not work for you. Narrow strap rode right in bunion area and was extremely painful in trial walk around the house.

Did not fit properly.

Zappos selected size 40 (I’m a US 10) in this Women’s Birkenstock but it was both too short and too narrow (I don’t have super wide feet). The nubuck straps felt floppy and I think the buckles are painted plastic which is a disappointment. The soft footbed felt nice, noticeably softer than a pair I tried with the standard footbed. I think the Unisex size 40 in a narrow may be slightly longer and wider. Not sure. Still trying my way through multiple pairs of Birkies to get the right ones.

My foot is quite narrow and the straps did not accommodate the width of my foot. The arch support did not appear to be of the same caliber of Birkenstock.

I ordered a size 36 and received a size 39 and of course had to send them back, no longer had my size. I have ordered several pairs of Birkenstocks from Zappos before and have always been pleased with them. Sad about this pair as I have been looking for this color.

Ordered TWO pairs of Birkenstock’s and BOTH arrived used. This pair even had toe marks. Terrible.

This show is listed as narrow with a soft footed. On my narrow feet, strapped as tight as possible, I had about 1/4" of open space between my foot and the shoe on both sides. So, not a narrow fit at all. The 'soft' footbed felt like I was walking on rocks.
