The fit and style were right on! Unfortunately, upon opening the blue box I saw there were deep blue stains right on top of one of the shoes. Customer service said my size was sold out and offered 40% off making them $92.14. I texted the next day to see if they would make the pricing more equal to the quality of the shoe I received and they said no. I asked if could try to wipe some of the staining off and still return if it made things worse. They said yes to me trying, so I wiped with cold water and a white towel. It did lessen the blue, but some of the tan wiped away leaving a greasy appearance (third photo)! I’ve run out of options for a tan supportive and cute shoe for this weekend, so I am keeping this defective pair, even though $92.14 is way overpriced for what I received.

The sandal itself was such a beautiful, creamy neutral color and the buckles were a great touch. Fit was true to the Birkenstock brand. Sadly, I returned because the leather was so hard and stiff, I knew blisters were to come. I’ve had many Birkenstock’s and realize there is a breaking in period but this leather just didn’t measure up.

Absolutely love these! I typically wear a 9.5 but after ordering a 40 it was a bit uncomfortable. I reordered a size 41 and the are perfect! Excellent customer service on the return!

I ordered my usual size 37, perfect fit. Loved the green tortoise buckle and the pale yellow color. I chose to return them because of the light colored foot bed.

Fit was as expected. I love oiled leather and was skeptical about the nubuck but pleasantly surprised. It feels and looks great!

SO comfortable and the green tortoise buckle really make them pop!

The straps were unusually rigid for Birkenstock, and with the buckle, cut into the top of the foot. Opted for the Arizona Soft Footbed instead. Much better.

Returned due to small and hard leather not your typical birk

love these sandals! they fit perfectly! the leather is a little stiff and needs some breaking in but overall they are great and I’ve gotten so many compliments! I got these to replace my old birks that I’ve had for over 10 years!

I thought these shoes were very nice looking however the leather texture and color made me nervous that they'd show wear too easily and not look how I'd like soon after wearing them so I am going to return them. Also, they take a little bit to break them in. I didn't know that. The leather is stiff in the beginning.

They SQUEAK!! These are very attractive and fit just like all my other Arizonas I've ever had over the decades, but the plastic buckles squeak SO LOUD. I can 't wear them anywhere because they sound like I'm wearing wet galoshes, and no amount of breaking in makes the sound go away.
