I was surprised by how stiff the shoe felt - like having a block attached to my foot. The shoe did not bend with my foot as I walked. I'm returning this model and trying one with real leather and a soft footbed.

Wasn't sure about the platform but I do like it now,not as flexible as the original style but gives a nice added height .

Need more breaking in then my chunky pair so probably will not go with this particular one again but other then that really cute shoes.

The best Birkenstock I have ever owned. They don’t crack at the forefoot area because they don’t bend there. I have arthritis in my big toe joint and these sandals are the answer for the whole summer. They look great. My feet love them. They are comfortable right out of the box. And the price is right.

I ordered my regular size in Birkenstocks, and they fit perfectly. I was worried the platform would be hard to walk in, but it is very slightly curved at the bottom rear to help the shoe rock through a bit. The sole is definitely not flexible, but the shoes are totally fine to walk in, and they look super cute and a bit more fashionable than my regular Arizona sandals.

Same Birkenstock footbed, purchased usual size and they fit great. Very comfortable and a little more stylish than typical Arizona with the platform sole.

I love the platform style of these shoes. Slightly elevated but still the classic Birkenstock style. These do have the usual hard sole that you can expect with these shoes but it’s actually more supportive and comfortable than you think so definitely worth buying!

I love them! They are a little firm at first but does not take long to wear them in!

Perfect size and fit. They feel wonderful on. I haven’t worn long enough to be bothered, but if everything fits I never have a problem with Birkenstock. I saw this style on my trip to Italy and asked the American woman which one it was(she raved about them). As soon as I returned home I purchased them! So happy!
