This is the best FFE yet. Go buy you a pair today. I've owned the prev 2 version and like I said this is a nice improvement. Better then V1 and MUCH better then V2.

I like the update to the upper and the overall feel to the shoe. In my opinion, it's better than version 2.

The upper is a wonder & the midsole Floatride material is excellent. I don't want to take them off after runs.

I love love these shoes. I run 80-100 mi a week and have a fairly wide forefoot. I had the Floatride Energy 2s and the upper never fit quite right, with some pinching near the toes. But, I loved the midsole so decided to give the 3s a try. The upper is so much better. It's comfortable, breathes well, and has plenty of room. These are great shoes and an incredible value at only $100!

The new floatride energy 3's are a meaningful upgrade. My last running shoes were Reebok's Harmony Road 3s and they were good. The drop in change is not noticeable but the redesign on the sole shape is. I feel like the shoes produce more of an authentic running pose. Hopefully this will translate for more consistent running.

I've been a runner for 15 years and have tried just about every brand of shoe they make. I am always open to trying new brands as my needs continue to shift as I age (Male age 49). This shoe has everything I'm looking for in a shoe. Responsive cushion, light weight, good snug fit, good arch support, no heel slip, excellent traction, ample room in the toe box, and the shoe strings stay tied. Bonus for reasonable price point, product quality and color! Will purchase Reebok again and would recommend for runners!

This is a shoe that can serve many uses for most runners. Can be used for easy days and faster, tempo runs. It's relatively light weight, responsive and provides ample cushioning without being too soft. Did have to go half size down.

I've had all three iterations of the shoe now and I have to say the shoe just continues to get better and better. A more performance oriented upper with the square knit and the totally retooled geometry for the midsole allows for a smoother ride. The previous two updates had a softer sockliner (like memory foam) that was glued in (but still removable) and I appreciate that they brought out a more removable sockliner with a bit more structure for this third update. Shoutout to a shorter shoe naming convention that isn't as lengthy, but major kudos for the price point of the product. One of the best daily trainers on the market for the price- a shoe that can do it all! Great update!

Comfort, quality at a good price. But why are they Les Mills "branded" as they don't say LM anywhere????

I owned Energy 1 and 2. This version is much better. I ran 13.1 miles today and my 66year old feet felt even good thereafter.

Since the Reebok jet dashride series I've struggles to find my next "shoe". I think this may be it. Really comfortable, ample room in the toe box and the versatility to use them across a variety of workouts

I currently have 8 different shoes I use in rotation based on purpose and how my legs/feet/body feels. All of them are $140-200 shoes. Hence, I wasn't sure if the Floatride Energy 3's would have a place in the rotation. I was sorely mistaken. The Energy 3's have a great balance of weight, cushion, bounce, ground feel, traction, and speed. I certainly have shoes that do recovery runs, uptempo runs, marathons, long miles, etc. better, but some of the shoes are quite polarizing for their purpose of use. The Energy 3's are very versatile in that you an ascribe them to be pretty much whatever you want them to be, and they do it noticeably well. Personally, I find them to be most comfortable and enjoyable as a moderate distance trainer (3-8 miles, pace of 7-8:30 min/mile). One area of concern on the for me is the lacing. I seem to struggle a bit with having a good tie down in the forefoot and the laces are rather thin; that in conjunction with the upper can lead to a rather uninspiring feel in the upper due to lack of anchored cushioning, particularly on the sides of the tongue. Those that are in between shoe sizes may want to choose the smaller size. The other part for me is that it seems to feel slightly hollow (?) in a midfoot strike. Toe-off is good, purposefully striking a bit towards the heel feels great as well, but landing directly on the midfoot doesn't elicit the same bouncy response and ground feel. This makes the turnover somewhat sloppy and lethargic. Noticeable only when you concentrate there, for heavy footed strikers, you probably won't notice this. Given the cost to performance ratio, as well as the quality of materials and construction, I wholeheartedly recommend these shoes to anyone looking for a primary shoe to do it all, or one to slip into a rotation. I can easily tell, this will be a shoe I reach for more frequently than other shoes currently in rotation. Love them!

This shoe is a bit softer than the Symmetros but has enough rebound that you don't sink in. This allows it to be more useful for easy runs while still being able to pick up for long/tempo efforts like the Symmetros and FFE2 could. The upper and overall fit are improved from the Symmetros as well. The shoe is more comfortable but still keeps the venting elements of the Symmetros. The forefoot is the big improvement in terms of fit here. Overall, this is just a more useful shoe than the Symmetros. Its softer midsole allows for more comfort at 4:15-5:00 km pace and it can still pick up rolling 3:30km pace or so if needed. The Symmetros felt awkward at anything slower than 4:15km pace for me, so this new shoe is more valuable due to its flexibility. If you are looking for an update to the FFE2 this shoe is a good shoe but fairly different. So keep that in mind. My dream would be this shoe with a 6mm offset but the 9mm is fine and I am a fan of the shoe.

my husband loves these! he put them on and immediately knew they'd be comfortable for running. no breaking in needed! not sure how great they'd be for longer distances but they're great for a neighborhood jog!

Great cushion for high impact. I teach Les Mills BODYATTACK weekly, and have gone through many different shoes that don't have enough support in the mid-sole. These hold up quite well.

I enjoyed the versatility of this shoe. The foam has solid pop so it can handle some faster paces. Also, it is great for easy runs as well. I ran up to eight miles on this shoe at a time and never had any problems. For under $100 you cannot find a much better shoe.
