Wish more color options were available in original footbed hard cork sole. Great to be wearing an original footbed hard cork sole birk! Not a fan of the soft beds, they defeat the purpose.

This is my fourth pair of Arizona in 25 years. The last pair was Leather Cortina Brown, a softer leather. I prefer the stiffer leather of the Vintage Wood Roast (this purchase). I normally wear a 10.5 W shoe, but the 43 regular fits me fine. After about five years the cork footbed begins to disintegrate at the edges, the leather stretches and the sandal gets loose. I tighten it up but eventually, relegate it to around-the-house wearing with socks. The leather footbeadliner gets shiny and doesn't grip like new so it is less comfortable for me for long walks. For the first few years the footbed grips well and is a snug, comfortable fit.

Ive worn Birkenstock's for 30+ years. These are as excellent as ever. Of course, you have to break in the hard cork insoles which takes a week or two.

I like this style and am currently wearing the EVA model. My gripe is that the leather straps have sharp edges that dig into the skin when wearing barefoot. I’m going to try the suede model and see if that’s more suitable for me.

This is my second pair of Birkenstock sandals and hopefully they will last about 10 years like the first did. My first pair had a leather sole which I prefer but I did not see that as an option this time. They fit great and are just as comfortable.

I bought these for my husband and he loves them, wears them all the time. When it got cold, he would even wear them with socks. :)

A Flawless Product

I like the way they fit on my feet so much comfortable to wear.

There’s a reason Birkenstock has been around so long. This is a superior sandal in every way.

I really love this style sandal because it’s very stylish and sophisticated. I only have one complaint and that is…they are very flat in the arch. I have fallen arches so these aren’t the sandals that I’d be able to wear for extra long periods of time. Otherwise they look great and are totally cool…would buy again in another color.

Birkenstocks are the quintessential comfort shoe. I love the classic Vintage Roast leather.

Footbed wasn't comfortable for BF (new to Birkenstocks) because the heel cup would grip and release at each step.

These "Silver Buckle" sandals were not like my past "Copper Buckle" Birkenstocks. These felt "soft" and "broken in" right out of the box. After a month they felt sloppy on my foot and "non conforming". A year later they're just disappointing to wear. Not the support I expect and need from Birkenstocks.

The size was fine except the width was too narrow. The shoes hurt my feet along the instep and the outside of both feet.
