The base of these shoes is VERY hard/sturdy. Maybe good for someone if they want that and don't need any cushion, but even with extra inserts these don't work for me, my feet get sore quickly. Size is spot on but comfort is non existent unfortunately.

I should really give these one star. I had two previous pair and just loved them. I think they are now being made somewhere else as they are super small and the seams on top are now darker, maybe black even so I know they are not the same as I have had. I even tried the 8 wide and they are still not good the 8's so so small, it's like they are a size 7. These used to be. the best most comfortable sneaker ever! I wish this did not happen as I cannot find another sneaker that works. I went to 3 different stores and tried them on and none seem to be right. Uggh.

Treadmill running not recommended. No support for ankles, extremely soft. Unfortunately, not returnable. And runs small, had to buy thin socks.

To much cushion versus support. I had a pair of these in the past...was not what I expected.

I've been buying the GT series for stability and support, so I was very disappointed to find that the GT-1000 10 has much less support, and a flimsier sole than the prior models. The uppers provide minimal support -- they feel like a knit. The sole bends a lot with each step. ASICS, you will lose longtime customers with this.

Don't like the fit ,is to big ,it doesn't have cushion or support,it looks like it was a return

So uncomfortable I returned them. I have always worn ASICS for running and these were awful

Hurt my feet! Was definitely not what I was expecting. I have severe foot pain in 1 foot and it made it twice as bad

I purchased this as a replacement for my current pair of asics. I ordered the same size shoe. I couldn't even fit my foot into the shoe. There is a significant decrease in the width of the shoe. Very disappointed since asics have been my go to running shoe for a decade. I will need to switch to a brand that is true to size.

I've been buying Asics for the past 18 years, and never had this issue so fast. Normally replace sneakers every 14 months as I'm a light jogger, barely putting 5-6 miles a week only when it's warm out (NJ). These lasted a month before developing a hole the the big toe is. Absolutely unacceptable.

Very tight in toe bed. Very different from the GT-1000 9. Very disappointed as I had to return. I did not ordered the next size up to compare.

Did not fit like my other shoes I have ordered. As soon as my feet started swelling, they got too tight!!

These are not made the same as my previous pair. Wide has a very shallow toe bed. Toes were so squished I had to take off during trip. Do not recommend.

They are comfy but something with the arch support really hurts my foot by the end of the day

Horrible shoes very uncomfortable they start out comfy and by the end of the day I can't wait to get them off! I think mine are defective
