I where the GEL-Nimbus for running and they have never dug into the back of my heal like these ones do. Not sure if it is the style since they don't have a regular tongue or not.

Nice color and style BUT had to return. What is up with that odd style of no tongue to adjust to fit your foot? Very tight/constrained fit b/c of that. You can barely get the shoes on. Unwearable - too bad the color was great.

Back of shoe rides up too much and rubs against my heels causing blisters. Much tighter fit than anticipated and feel like my feet are constantly squeezed and sore by the end of the day.

I was not paying enough attention when I ordered and did not notice that this shoe does not have a normal tongue (tile is all one piece- slip in) and no ankle stability laces. It's hard to get socks positioned well. The vision is great though. Wish I had ordered a normal nimbus.

This show is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than the one from last year. The top of the shoe fits like a glove and goes so high on the heel I couldn't wear it for my workouts and transitioned it to a walking shoe and have to wear thick hiking socks not to get blisters. I'm so disappointed.

Too tight on the foot because of the tongue being attached. Hard to get my foot in it. After a while my toes went numb. Heel is super comfy tho. I returned these snd bought a different pair of Asics that the tongue is detached

I've been wearing the gel-nimbus for years, i can't for the life of me imagine why they made these changes to it. The lining on the opening of the shoe is terrible and stiff, i cannot wear it without getting blisters on the back of my heels. Total waste

Hated that they changed the design so the tongue is now nonexistent. Couldnt get on without a shoehorn.

The slip on structure of this shoe made it too difficult and tight to put on. Had to return them.

I love Gel Nimbus and have probably had no fewer than 20 pairs. However, the Gel-Nimbus Knit dug into my heel. I wore them around the house and never went for a run in them because I knew I'd end up with a raw heel. They missed the mark with this one, but thankfully, they took them back.

These sneakers are pretty to look at but are horrible to wear. They are so painful after just a little while. The knit sneaker is VERY tight and squeezes your foot causing pain - I wear the thinnest of socks (you can't wear a thick sock with these sneakers or they squeeze your foot so badly that it throbs). You need to wear taller socks so that the top back of the sneaker doesn't rub your heel raw. The absolute worst part of this sneaker is the raised semicircle that goes around the heel just under the ankle. I shared a photo of the painfully deep indentation this sneaker left under my ankles - you can also see the indentation of the top of the sneaker around the front of my ankle. I loved my Nimbus 22's and wish I could return these.

I never have an issue with my Asics until now - I CAN NOT break these in - my ankle has scabs and marks on it from the shoe biting into the back of my ankle where it comes up higher than normal. Otherwise would have liked these. Disappointed.

I bought these for myself. I tried them on and they are extremely tight. I bought the same size as my other Asics but the fit on these are terrible!!m Had to return.

The tongue of the shoe is connected on 3 sides and doesn't allow the shoe to open wide enough to get foot into shoe. This is made for a narrow foot.

I had sores on my heal after wearing these for about 4 hours.

I returned these, the elastic around opening is too tight and they were very uncomfortable. I usually love ASICS but this style, not so much

The knot top is very tight and cuts off the circulation of my feet. Cannot wear them for long without my feet going numb. I've been trying to break them in during my long 12 hr nursing shifts and they haven't gotten much better. I am super disappointed in these considering I usually buy the gel-nimbus 23 shoes and like them.

These would probably be ok as walking shoes but they are marketed as running shoes. They make my feet hurt so badly during even a short run. I have only ran in them 3 times and a total of maybe 6 miles but I will never buy a pair of asics running shoes again.
