I'm an 8, always get 8.5 in sneakers. But this model runs very small. Even with an 8.5 my toes were basically see thru on the top and hitting the very front. Maybe if I would've gotten a 9, it would've felt better. Ending up giving them away. The top is also softer so I would've appreciate a stronger material for more durability and comfort when taking classes.

Like the design but these shoes don't offer the same support as other Asics I've bought. I use these for cross fit exercises.

I like the shoes. I have only worn them around the house to make sure they fit and are what I wanted in a shoe. They're a little snug, and my foot is a medium width but they will work.

First pair of Asics Running Shoes - I typically purchase New Balance. Pretty impressed, although the shoes are a bit snug in the toe area. Will probably purchase again in the future.

These were purchased in a wide width, but seem more of the C than D width which I really need - although I'm still breaking them in. I've worn Asics for years and they are my go-to sneaker, used mostly for walking and daily use.

Good shoe to run in, comfortable. The shoes mold to your feet and they feel sturdy with ankle support. They felt too tight from the lace area. But after losing the laces and wearing them they have loosen up a bit.

I've stuck with Aspics for years now and I'm rarely disappointed. I use these shoes for Crossfit workouts and some walking. Comfortable and I like the different designs.

Good shoe. I use it for treadmill running and trail walking. Very comfortable. I had to go up 0.5 up a size for the perfect fit in Aspics shoes.

Great shoe, I specifically bought them to walk on my treadmill. I usually walk 15-20 miles a week and yes I walk not jog, so as far as running I cant review. For walking they are very comfortable, my only complaint is they are not very wide. I ordered a wide but they are still tight across my instep. If I don’t lace them tight it’s not an issue and I’m hoping they stretch out some as I’ve only had them a couple of weeks.

So disappointed I had to return. I was previously wearing the Gel excite 7s and the adjustments made to the 8 are not helpful to me.
The material around the mouth of the shoe is harder and the inside corner where the last shoelace hole is was jabbing me. The tongue of this shoe is narrower than the 7 so it cannot blunt the hard corner. I have never had this problem in any Asics I've been wearing over the last decade or so. Otherwise attractive shoe.

I bought these for an event where I'd be on my feet for 10+ hours three nights in a row. Broke them in a little at the gym a few weeks beforehand. I was still in pain, but way less than I would have been with my usual shoes. Still comfy and stylish. I appreciate the variety of sizing since it's so hard to find proper shoes for my wide feet.

Seems smaller than actual size, I'd buy 0.5-1 size bigger next time.

I would give these 4.5 stars. I loved my Gel Excite 7s. I chose the French Blue/Champagne. What a great color combo. I've been a blue Asics shoe wearer for years. This color is just the right amount of pizazz for someone who wants a shoe that matches everything, a bit understated but something fun. I got the same size I wore in the Gel Excite 7s. Fit is same except that the shoe seems a bit lower in the collar area. Also the shoe laces are really short. I can make do, but longer laces would be ideal.
