Used to be a dedicated Ghost fan, but the past two versions just didn?t work for me. The Trace reminds me so much of the Ghost 12 I loved so much. Tried them out and really enjoyed the similar feel, but after spending the past two years in shoes with drops less than 12mm, it just wasn?t quite as magical a feel anymore. Would be thrilled to have something like these with less heel to toe height. Had to return them. But would still recommend them for sure :)

I'm a walker , actually .These shoes are comfortable.They are not too flashy so I can wear them with jeans when I go out. I have worn Brooks for almost 20 years!!

I don't use them for running. I actually got them for work and I love them. I've always been a glycerin or ghost person, but these are great!

I just got my new shoes yesterday and I?m absolutely in love with them! The first time I put them on I was amazed at the comfort in the shoe {especially the heel}. I run every other day in the morning and do different workouts on the opposite days. These shoes are definitely true to size but it does depend on if your foot is wide or not. The other thing I love about my shoes is that they really boost me when I?m running {like bouncy}. This is good for when you start to get tired! This shoe is definitely recommended. ?

I have planter fasciitis. These shoes Make exercise a lot less painful. I am also a nurse and can wear these all day without excruciating pain.

Very comfortable! I have plantar fasciitis and this sneaker had enough support .

This is my second pair of Trace shoes. Normally, I purchase Ghost. I do love this new style! It is similar to Ghost, but lighter weight. I have been hoping for new colors...navy. Just recently bought the second pair. Unfortunately, I didn't luck into the 20% off sale.

Legs no longer feel tired after gym workouts.
