Nice shoe! Not as dark as depicted in photo, more of a gray color.

The Richochet series is continually a good shoe. This is my second pair of Richochets (my first time wearing the Ricochet 3?s) and they still hold up. This particular pair, the black is closer to gray, but still satisfactorily dark if you?re looking for a black tennis shoe. They?ve also changed the tongue on this shoe, making it more secure and less moveable compared to previous versions. I didn?t care for it so much on the first wear, but it?s definitely growing on me. Also, for all those who say you have to order a size up, I ordered my regular size (no up-sizing at all) and they fit perfectly - they haven?t even needed a break-in period. Overall, a very good shoe and I?m extremely satisfied.

Very comfortable and light-weight. Took shoe out for 2 hours the first time I wore it and it felt as if I had had the shoes for months, no rubbbing or any other discomfort. Very satisfied with my purchase, just like with all my other Brooks shoes!

Over the years I came to the conclusion that Ricochet is my favorite shoe from all the other Brooks. I like them bc they super lightweight, breathable and bc they fit me best (regardless of my almost lifelong problem with bunions). There is something about this particular style that works for my feet. I have many pairs of Lunch, some Ghost and Adrenaline shoes. Those are comfortable at some level, but if I need to be on my feet all day, I'd choose Ricochet. I use them at the gym, for outdoor workout, for walks, pretty much anything (except for hiking). Fit is TTS. I'm 7.5 and buy these in this same size 7.5. Speaking of Ricochet 3 my only wish is if there is more color choices. Red, twilight/pink, highlight yellow, light minty/green, etc. Thank you Brooks for making Ricochet style!

I love them, my feet love, love them and I am not a runner, I like to think I am a fast walker...but really I am just a walker...If they are comfortable for runners I was hoping they would be good for a non-runner and yes they are perfect!!

Great shoe! Nice upgrades from previous version. I will say the black is not really a black, it's more of a gun-metal grey which I still like.

True to size. Fits my wider foot, toe box slightly narrow but not uncomfortable, my arches hurt after a few days but switched out for more arch support inserts and worked perfectly.

These take some getting used to but they're feeling better with every run! Was going to return them at first but I'm glad I gave them another chance.

This was my third pair of Brooks shoes...I've previously owned the Levitate and the Launch. I really wanted to like these Ricochets, but was disappointed with the quality. The rubber shoe tread on the bottom started peeling after a few weeks of wear on the right shoe. They probably had around 30 treadmill miles on them, so that was upsetting, especially since I can feel it on occasion. Other than that, they are extremely comfortable and I would be happy with my purchase other than them quickly falling apart. I hadn't had that type of quality issues with my past Brooks shoes.

Good shoe for the cost. I like the attached tongue so I don't have to adjust it. 4 stars because I prefer a little more structure to the cloth on the sides and a little more cushion.

This is a good and pretty comfortable shoe (have only had them a couple weeks). They are lightweight and a bit springy, but not at all overly cushioned or spongy. I found that shoes that are too spongy actually cause some knee pain. I am on a search for the feel I enjoyed so much with the Pure Flow 2. I have yet to find it. I tried the Ghost 11 and 13 and that is way too cushy and spongy for me. The Ricochet 3 is quite a bit more road hugging, like the Pure Flow 2 felt.
