Ordered M width and got W

I usually love ON sneakers and have several pairs. However, these are very wide and absolutely no cushion to them.

This is a very stiff shoe. The sole is very hard and doesn't seem to bend when stepping.

Ugh -- hopefully these are good for hard courts but they are not right for Har-Tru... plus very clunky -- now typical of On shoes for women. I suspect all they can get are men's sizes and they are altering them to get close to a women's size despite the bulk normally associated with men's shoes.

These are not court shoes. My wife bought them to play pickleball. But they have a large section (almost 50%) of the sole that is cut out, making them incompatible with court play (pickleball, tennis or any other court sport). Also, we ordered 7.5 M and they send 7.5 W. We were going to get the right size replaced, but not worth it. They are simply not true court shoes.

These seem like great shoes for walking or something else. But they are not tennis shoes. Not enough support. I feel misled on this honestly.

I love the style and they are true to size. Terrible support for people with high arches. They are difficult to get on and I had to sit down to get them on. I would be curious if other styles of ON Cloud shoes would have more support for feet with higher arches.

Felt bulky to walk in

It's absolutely crazy the Roger has a sole that lets water in. If you step in a puddle, on the court or walking on the sidewalk, it's like you don't even have shoes on. The water goes straight to the footbed and your sock. I'm sure it's for breathability but it rains/snows in most places. This seems like a major error in design.

This may be the worst shoe I have ever purchased. It was like walking barefoot on concrete. Zero arch, and zero cushioning! Ran a half size bigger as well. Just truly awful

This is marked as a women’s shoe, but the sizing must be men’s. I ordered my regular size and it was enormous. Not just a little large, but not even close to my actual size.

Just bad all around. Cheap materials felt like they would crack easily.

Look cute, however they are not comfortable or cushy at all. Seems like the material would crease easily at the toe. I expected better quality feel and materials for the price. Can not justify keeping them for style only.

honestly, I have to wonder if these are knockoffs. The box arrived with the shoes just wrapped in plastic; no original box. The quality was AWFUL. I ordered another style in the same brand & there's just no comparison. If these are legit ON shoes, they're charging an outrageous price for shoes that feel like they came from walmart.

Material was cheap and not what I expected for such an expensive shoe. There was no cushioning or arch support and the whole shoe felt stiff and made of cheap plastics. Not what I expected from this brand.

I don’t think wear these all day there’s no arch support also they make a noise when u walk.

A disappointment, the color combo was great but the shoe has poor arch support and a curved foot last that makes for an uncomfortable fit. Not a shoe you could be comfortable in all day

They were too small - we returned them

Super cute sneakers, but if worn for any more than an hour, leads to heel blisters & sore toes.
