Little bit short but next size might be too much so I kept them. My first ‘sock’ fit shoe and they’re a challenge to get on but once they are…fantastic! These are narrow. If you have wide feet, these aren’t going to work for you. My narrow feet are happy. The lavender color is fun!

Love the look of these shoes, goes with everything! Only reason I gave 4 stars is because the back of the shoe is a little uncomfortable, rubs a little. But, you get used to it! Love!

These are very good looking sneakers! I'm a size 5.5 but often wear 6 as its whats most avail. Based on reviews I got 6 but probably would have been fine with a 6.5 as 6 is snug. Im sure they will loosen with more wear but yes these truly do run about a full size small. I should note Im also not a runner but I walk and have frequent foot issues (sesmoiditis mainly) and these feel great for staying a bit more on the heel than the forefoot.

Great shoe but I am returning it because it is too hard to put on. The elastic around the ankle is too rigid.

I’d read that these felt small, and knowing that On tends to run narrow to begin with, I ordered a half size larger—it was a mistake. The difference between the 9 and 9.5 was striking. The Cloudultras are trail shoes, and should be more fitted than a typical road shoe. Moving up a size gave me too much play. These shoes have a “Flip Release” feature that give you a bit more forefoot room, which I needed—but I don’t regret going with the smaller size. I also tried the Cloudventure (trail shoes also, but the stability version). They are a little wider/less fitted than the Cloudultras, but I preferred the greater cushion in the Cloudultras. As with other Ons I have run in, these required no break-in period—they arrived Friday night, and I took them out on Saturday morning for a four-mile trail run.

I love these shoes for walking or running. But the foot bed is snug! I do not leave them on all day. The neoprene type sleeve is tight. Support but also gets tiring if you have them on for a while Excellent support and awesome for walking and running

After reading some of the reviews on different styles of ON shoes, I ordered a 1/2 size up. I should have ordered a full size up as my toe was hitting the end. Also, the heel was formed in a way that was going to rub or possibly bruise my heel. I am returning them today.

I LOVE these Cloudultras but they are TIGHT. I even ordered a size up but they were so snug my feet felt fizzy/like they were numbed. I would LOVE to try these on in a WIDE but you don't either carry them or they are out of supply. :( Sadly, I had to return these.

Unfortunately, these shoes will be going back. Normally, ON shoes work well for me in my normal size. These shoes were too tight in the arch area. The overall fit and comfort was different. I did not care for them.

The only reason I am returning is that they are SO HARD to put on!! Please go back to the regular way of putting on shoes!

I love ON tennis shoes and was excited to try the Cloudultras; however, these tennis shoes were so uncomfortable on my foot. The top of the shoe came back so far on my ankle they rubbed. So disappointed.

I so wanted to love these but they're impossible to get on and they're too tight across the arch. Very disappointed.

I ordered these shoes based on the reviews and they are super cute. However, I did order a half size up because of the reviews and even with this, getting my foot into the shoe was a challenge. It is not wide enough and I have small feet. When I did finally get my foot in, the shoe felt very stiff and not comfy. For the price, I don't want to fight with shoes to get them on. Sadly, I had to return.

While I loved the look of these shoes I hated the fit. They were super small and very narrow in my opinion

I adore the look of this shoe but struggled to find a size that worked. My foot is short, wide, and my ankles swell occasionally if I’ve been on my feet a lot. I tried 3 sizes, but none worked, mainly because the shoe entry is narrow because of the high sides and built-in tongue. Sadly, I had to opt for a different style which has worked out beautifully! I LOVE OC’s, none feel better, but if your feet/ankles swell occasionally, good luck finding a size that works…I wish I could have! SO GOOD looking!

SIZING: I ordered up and half size (from 8 1/2 to a 9) and they are still too small. Width felt ok - it is a stretchy base-I am a medium to slightly narrow foot. It is ridiculous that shoemakers are not more intentional about standardizing sizes. I’ve had to return other brands for same reason - for this I give 3 stars “overall”. Don’t charge for your shoe like it’s a top brand and then have no standardization for sizing. Just no. COMFORT: They seemed comfy with lots of shock absorption, which is what I like about the shoe. The shoe is a tight sock which feels nice and snug that I was able to slip on fairly easily and laces to help tighten it up slightly. Arch support is moderate to low. I replace the cheap inserts they come with a Vionic insert for great arch support. This shoe def needs more arch support for me. STYLE: I think it’s a cute style, functional, supports joints and back, etc. These 9s have to go back for a 9.5 or 10? So dumb.

The only major drawback of these shoes is that it squeaks loud at every step. Comfort and fit and support are great, but after tolerating the squeaks I'm getting a new pair. It's this specific design (outer rubber sole).

These are really cool shoes but run extremely narrow, and are a full size smaller than I thought. I ended up giving them to my daughter, who has smaller and narrower feet -- she's loving them!

I loved my first pair of On shoes so much so I was excited to get this pair. I had to order 3 pairs to get one that fit. My normal size is 7.5, but I had to go up to an 8.5. Unfortunately the tongue/ankle part of the shoe is too tight around my foot to wear comfortably. It’s a strange design that doesn’t work for me which is super disappointing because I love the look of these.
