I liked the Chelsea boot look, but this was very small. I’m 8.5 or 9 in some brands. Ordered in 8.5 and I couldn’t get my foot in it.

I love the style of this boot, but sadly must return it. For me, the fit managed to be both too little (narrow, even with the thinnest of dress socks) and too big (length, borderline clown shoe), in addition to requiring the strength of 10 men to get into the narrow pipe of a neck. Nobody should have to work this hard to put on a slip-on boot. I can’t size down or it would definitely be too narrow. So right and so wrong all at the same time. For reference, I’m a wide 9 who has to sometimes go 10 for width but often regret it in length. YMMV (if you have very narrow feet).

These shoes had been worn before. They were scuffed and had red glitter on them, being sold to me as new. Very offended and now wondering how often zappos sells used merch as new

The area around the ankle was so tight in two sizes i tried on. not flatering and I do not see how you could have a sock with it also I didn't like the square toe. Looked more like a work boot on the toe

The boots are super cute, but I had to return them because the toe box is so narrow.

Terrible and strange fit. It's a shame because the boots look pretty. I do not have wide feet at all, but my pinkies will barely squeeze in these and it's very uncomfortable- the side of my pinkies are rubbing.

Couldn’t get them on easily. If it’s a struggle, I won’t wear them. Might be my high arches. No zipper - no go. They look nice and have padding and arch support. Just not for me. Life’s too short.

This shoe was so comically not shaped like my foot that I am sending them back. The toe is somehow both squared and pointed. If you have truly narrow feet, give it a shot. I am usually a true 10 and the 10 in this did not work with a normal athletic sock. I'm bummed because I absolutely loved the patent leather finish, and it is not available in a wide or the half size up.

I like these but found a very difficult to get on. Once they were on, they were fine, but I returned them because of the effort to get them on.

Love these , I have narrow ankles and these are not loose, finally a good fit!

I have a small foot (size 6, narrow foot) and was worried these would be too big but the fit works when wearing thick socks. They're comfortable, keep my feet warm in cold temps, and are non-slip in the rain. Great everyday boot for colder weather!

Great Chelsea boot, and stylish for my winter travels, with weatherproofing to key my feet warm in the snow and rain. Easy to get on and off without a zipper (some of the reviews complained about this). Lightweight, roomy toe that is pretty the way it’s tapered yet blunt. These are going to be great to wear at home when I have to go out and look sharp, yet it’s raining!

Wore these straight out of the box to walk to work in nyc (3 miles) knowing it was a risky move, I packed a backup pair of shoes but never needed them, these are sooooo comfortable and stylish! Wore with jeans and sweater, as well as a little black dress.

Love these!! Just a little pinch in the toe box area but worth it. They are gorgeous.

This is my second pair of these. I think they run narrow, which is fine with me.

Size up! I love Sam Edelman boots and the Laguna is a great one to add to the collection...however, for me it ran 1/2 smaller than my others. I always wear a 7 1/2. In this style it was too tight and too short. Unfortunately, now they don't have a size 8 so I cannot exchange. I found it on the Sam Edelman website for same price though ! I rated 5 starts because I know I will love them when I get the right size.

So comfortable— a nice, soft leather! The leg opening is a bit narrower than my Docs, but still fairly easy to slip on. Sleek design. I got the size 6 in Wide - doesn't look too bulky at all.
