Although I had to return the shoes for a half size smaller the return experience was excellent.

I was looking for a warm comfy shorty boot that I could slip on to run to the mail box, store or take a wintery walk in. After looking and reading reviews for weeks, I decided on these. Great choice! comfortable, warm and water resistant. Cute with leggings.

LOVE these shoes. Warm but not as glumpy as UGG shoes. Very, very comfortable right from the first!

I really hoped this boot was going to be "the one" to replace a pair (Ugg knock-off) that I've literally worn out. However, it is the same as 3-4 other styles I tried (Skechers) and returned because the toe tapers, causing pressure on my big toe. I must have feet unlike the 'norm' (evidently most women are able to comfortably wear shoes w/the tapered toe or their manufacture wouldn't be so prevelant). I ordered the next size up, hoping to create enough space for my big toe, but the rest of the boot was so too-big many other problems came w/them. my search for the 'right' boot continues. Thank goodness a friend told me about Shoe Goo; it seems to be giving my expired pair the extra miles I need.
