I loved these boots, but they fell apart, and I mean, unwearable! The heal collapsed on the left side. I guess I did have them a year, but I didn't wear them that much. I certainly didn't wear them everyday. I wore them maybe a dozen times. They should have withstood that kind of wear. The right side is just fine. I'm extremely disappointed! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else, no matter how cute they are.

Horrible smell and poor fit.

order was repeated twice accidentally? I was charged twice, for two pairs of exact same item, but I only ordered one and then I have been sent only ONE SHOE t in this accidental second order that arrived, the strange thing is that I only received one confirmation for ONE order. now I have been charged twice and have 3 single boots. (one pair, and One single in the second shipment, sloppy and not the way Zappos used to function.

At first glance I loved them. When I went to put them on and find an outfit with them I took about 10 steps in total in my room. Within that time one boot had already scuffed the other boot THREE times. I don’t understand how these are functional if they scuff so easily.

These shoes are so stiff and they hurt when you walk.

The sole is too big to not have laces on the shoe for support.
