The shoes don’t look as good in person. Very wide and big. I wear size 5 and this feels like a 6. Support is moderate, but the straps are hard and rub against my ankles and toes. I had to return them. Zappos was great and I received my refund promptly.

They look good and are comfortable. I do not like an arch in my shoes, these have none. That could be a problem for some.

It is well made and comfortable as expected of uggs products. I always wear size 8 in any shoes or sandals and this is true to size. It fit perfectly. Although it is a very nice sandals, the band where it goes around the ankle is wide and it don't look very nice wearing it. Overall this is a very good sandals.

These sandals are cute, but I wish the details were a little nicer. For example the circle that holds the straps is plastic, which cheapens the look.

I usually am a 9.5 or 10. Ordered a 10 and it was much too big. Aside from that, I felt like the style was old-ladyish and not "cute." Wasn't what I expect from Ugg. Returned and chose another style.

Super cute sandal! The sizing is right on and they are very well made. Love to wear these with knee length skirts and maxi dresses. I always get compliments on them whenever I wear them. Definitely recommend!

I don’t know how UGG does it, but these flats are really comfortable. I ordered my normal size, the fit is perfect. Will be buying again in another color.

This is a cute comfy sandal. I was concerned about fit of straps around ankles but it worked out. I worked all day in these with comfort. I am a size 8 in Nike athletic shoes but sized down to a 7.5 in these sandals for a good fit
