I had high hopes for these as I love my Ugg boots. I bought the 7 and they were too long so I bought the 6.5, but even though the strap across my toes could be widened, the base under my foot was then too narrow, so my foot hit the hard edge causing pain. Also, the sole is very stiff and doesn't bend at all when walking so it creates a clomp-clomp step which is awkward.

I bought a 71/2 they are to small for comfort my daughter threw away the shipping box so looks like am stuck W a pair of ugg.shoes.sandals that I have never worn prob won't ever wear and the strap is so small ... looks like adjustments are needed in the manufacturing department on many parts of shoes.etc... I bought white was excited when they arrived but never worn them, ordering off the net can be time consuming and a headache I have lost a few 100 dollars on Ugg's that never did fit never worn... the sizing and expensive has lost its appeal for me.

I read all of the reviews and I saw the comments about the ankle strap but thought I would give it a shot. The shoes feels amazing but the ankle strap is way to small. This is so unfortunate. I really hope UGG would look to fix this design flaw, because these really could be the most comfortable shoe if it had a longer ankle strap.

I bought the color Golden star and it gets dirty so fast! They are really really hard to keep clean so maybe black is a better choice. Also, they are comfortable but the backstrap around my ankle feels like it's gonna slip off when I walk, soI have to make them a little tighter than I need.

They are very cushy, but my hips started bothering me when I wear them

I had to return them only because I have narrow feet and because of shoe style, didn't fit my feet. But the quality and style is lovely just not for me.

They are super cute but they fit kind of weird and not comfortable AT ALL. I was very disappointed

Beautiful and comfortable! Like standing there on a cloud although beware if you have thicker ankles or swell because the strap is not big enough. Truly disappointed. I had to return the shoe.

Horrible would not buy. Not helpful

I love this style of these Ugg sandels , returned size 8 for a 7 1/2 and still don't fit. The backstrap is too large for the ankle. Sad !!!

My fiance purchased these for me everywhere fits perfect except the ankle strap Ugg really dropped the ball on this one so disappointing

I love Ugg and have happily worn many pairs over the years. I have FOUR pairs of boots that keep me warm and provide exceptional comfort and many pairs of sandals. This sandal is horribly uncomfortable because the sole protrudes where it should not. I cannot take a step without discomfort. I tried to return them immediately to BSTN, who it turns out is in Germany. They will not pay return postage and it would cost over $100 to ship them back. We are currently in dispute with my credit card company Chase. So very disappointing to have this experience with a brand I have been loyal to and adored. I would love any advice.

The shoe itself feel big and bolky. I trippped a couple times while wearing them. Didn't like the color either after getting them. Probably should have got the darker color.

The shoe doesn't form to the foot at all, it's like strapping planks to your feet and going on a walk.

The straps dug into the tops of my feet when I tried to walk on these shoes. The soles are heavy and rigid, and don't really bend with your foot when you walk. Would not recommend.

Did not like sandal at all in person.

I FOUND THE HEEL STRAP VERY UNCOMFORTABLE

It's as though they used the same length of straps for the size 12 as the size 6

They look different but in person I did not like them

I didn't really like how hard and tight they are, i had almost no belcro to adjust the strips. I am trying to return them to the ugg store so my refund won't take so long.
