The fit is excellent. The material feels good, warms the muscle, and gives strong support.

Since I fit into the lower end of a small they work well for me. I would say that the waistband runs about a half size smaller than what you expect out of a size small. Take that into mind when purchasing these. Slightly sheer though. If you are timid at all you'll probably think about wearing a pair of shorts over them to the studio. I doubt anyone would notice on a Zoom class though.

I bought the Techfit compression tights for my yoga workouts. They fit me well and the materials are flexible as they conform to my body just the way I wanted. They are also quite comfortable and breathable too. Wouldn't mind buying more in different colors
