I love Doctor Scholl's footwear, however, the last pair I purchased did not last very long. I debated purchasing a different brand but I know these are super comfortable, so I bought something very similar to my old pair. When they arrived, I was surprised at the quality and sturdiness of the shoe. The soles are rubberized a bit. I can tell these are stronger than the last pair I purchased. Overall extremely please!

These are beautiful boots and surprisingly insulated. Well made and comfy for the most part. The front part of the ankle takes some wear to get them flexing. I may add a foam strip so I can wear them longer. I have very small ankles so if you have larger ankles, these would not work.

I obviously like the looks of these shoes. They hit me right at the high ankles, and it is just my problem that I have tenderness in that area. Liked that they unzip for more room to get them on, that is one of the reasons I choose. Just too uncomfortable for my middle age feet and ankles. So they will be going back

I love this gray boot in person, however the medium width doesn't fit me, and Zappos doesn't currently offer it in a wide width, so I have to return these. The materials are beautiful, so I'm very disappointed that I won't be able to wear these.

Visually these boots are super cute! I wish they would have worked out but they are a little small around the opening and I am thicker around the legs and ankle area. Unfortunately it made things uncomfortable for me and was not worth fighting thru it.

These are gorgeous, and I don't want to disparage Dr. Scholl's because I ordinarily love their shoes, but I couldn't believe that, though I ordered the size I always wear with Dr. Scholl's, this boot is way too big for me. I have to wear ultra thick running socks that then make the boot squish my feet width-wise. Not only that, but the last boot I had exactly like this (black wedge, similar ornaments) was cut lower, which made it more comfortable. The height of this boot makes each step create the top to dig into my shin, which is unpleasant, to say the least.

Fit and size were as expected. The quality of the shoe itself is just average. A piece of trim between the shoe and the sole is obviously glued on; there seems to be a gap in between.

This is so strange, but the shoes have LACES up the front, but no laces at all in the picture? Looked a little too Little House on the Prairie for my taste with the laces, no point even trying them on.
