The item I've got was in damaged package and it was dirty like second hand. As I live in Europe I can't return item becouse it will cost me more than I payed :(((

When I received them the box was damage and one of the shoes was a yellow tint colorDefinitely used. Terrible customer service whoever packed them. I returned them immediately to my local store.

Worse service havnt receive order yet so waiting for the order

If you only want your shoes to last 8 months, wearing 1-2 times a week during that time, and to split apart at the seam on ONE SHOE only, then to be told by the "Customer Support" that it is "wear and tear" despite owning two other pairs of the same shoes, wearing them the same amount of time over the same timeframe and not having the same issue, then this is the shoe for you. However, if you want a shoe that can handle more than 8 weeks, choose another brand as this brand is terrible! I would never buy Adidas again from the way we were treated for questioning why ONE SHOE out of 6 fell apart.

I loved the look of the shoes and used them only to play tennis a couple of time per months. After a few months the shoes still look good but the soles don't! (see the pictures). Since I lost my receipt, adidas customer service said they can't help :(

However my only problem is I order 2 sizes too big by accident and I emailed to get a new size but no one returned my email

The shoes that you get are red. They don't look anything bloke the photo that's shown. I asked them and they said its lighting in the photo but it's obvious it's a different shoe. I told them over a week ago and they still haven't fixed it.

Bad customer service, the page chat doesn't work, I don't recommend buy adidas product online
