these are the best MTB shoes I have used, I tried the giro ones but the grip on the 5/10's is 10x better.

Never had a pair of shoes that literally stick to the pedals and avoid pedal floating or separating. I have avoided several shin hits with the pedal pins that hurt horribly. Never thought I would benefit from a pair of bike shoes.

I have owned several pairs of these shoes for mountain biking. I absolutely love them so I bought my boyfriend his first pair. I told him they really help you stick to the pedals and they're nice and stiff so that your feet don't get tired. he didn't believe if she could make that big a difference, but he was pleasantly surprised and really likes them too.
