Extremely comfortable to walk in all day at work. Like walking on a cloud but with a bounce or boost in your step!

Shoes squeak a weird amount. They're very wide. Sought help multiple times for a pricing issue but didn't receive it :(

The shoe is too small, and the service is even more minuscule. The seams along the edge of the ankle are too prominent. I know this from the person I sold your undersized shoes on to. I reported my product and services experience on to you earlier. No response. Duh.

I have been an ultraboost devotee for years I have worn several pairs and have comfortably walked hundreds of miles in them. The padding around the back of the ankles wore out in these ultraboost 21 sneakers after a little over 2 months of use. Without that padding, friction causes abrasions on my ankles. I'm not an ultramarathon runner, just a gal who strives for 7,000 steps a day and ONLY wears her walking sneakers (these) on walks. Further, upon contacting customer service, I was disappointed that adidas stood by the quality of these shoes by saying that the damage reflected regular wear and tear and was not covered by the warranty. In the future, I definitely won't be buying sneakers that are not made to last.

Color name and picture does not match the actual color of the shoe. Description states hazy rose, but actually color is a hot pink. Would return but to much of a hassle considering a return label did not arrive with the shoes in the box. Really disappointed with the shoes color and how they are described online and appear in the pictures and what they looked like when they arrived. Quality and fit are great like all my other ultra-boosts but can't get over the bright surprisingly distinct bright color.

I have 2 pairs of the Ultraboost 20 and love them. The construction on this shoe is terrible. The plastic on the adidas stripes is not attached to the fabric of the shoe. It bunches (folds over) on the sides and digs into my feet. It is also very hard to tighten the laces. I cannot return since it has been past 30 days. Hoping cs reads this and reconsiders, I can't wear them.

I've worn adidas runners for years. These size small. I had them in the car before work and had to wear them as I work in a hospital. Unable to return them after that. Shouldn't have trusted the sizing.

Although I do love the style, I am greatly disappointed with this product. I had purchased these as I'm going back into running after a knee injury, though wearing them has now led to several bruises and blisters around my heels. I have attempted to break them in for several weeks now (wearing two pairs of thick socks, etc.), though it seems the plastic at the back continues to dig into my foot. This causes a lot of pain when running or walking, and has even rubbed off my skin on the insides of my heels (both feet). Unfortunately, I was so content with how they looked, I immediately disposed of the box and return label, not knowing that they would continue to be uncomfortable for several weeks. I would not recommend these, especially at such a high price-point.
