Out of the box it was a little narrow but in time it became more comfortable. Really aids your movement whether you are walking or jogging. May not be your choice if you have a wide foot.

These are a great pair of trainers for gym use. Very light material, comfortable and a fantastic range of colours for any taste. So good for the price I bought another pair in a different colour.
