I like that the fabric is breathable and your feet don't get hot after running/walking long distances.

Struggle with trainers sometimes as need support , these are great . Comfy from first putting them on . I am a 5.5 and bought a size 6 . Walked miles in them and also bought a pair for work as on my feet all day , and a good choice of colours too
