it's not good product material is poor quality and customer service is not good always line busy

These shoes are garbage. The left shoe is coming apart at the top of the shoe where it attaches to the sole. The right shoe is perfectly fine. I contacted adidas regarding warranty and they told me normal wear and tear after 3 months!!!. Not sure how one shoe is OK but the other isn't under normal wear and tear. Read other reviews before you buy this appears to be a common problem.

The insole won't stay put. 90 seconds after putting them on, the insole slides backward my toes are dangling over the edge and it's incredibly distracting. I would return them, but I didn't actually take them out of the box for two months after purchasing them. I just assumed I would love them like I have all my other adidas purchases. My mistake.

After a few weeks of use, the sole started to slip off the bottom of the shoe so my toes end up hanging off the edge. Very strange, never had this happen in a shoe before. Pretty disappointed for the price that this could happen and the return policy is so short. Stick with the UB 20's or 19's, I regret buying these.

I purchased these a few months ago and I am very disappointed. I have worn ultraboost and pureboost Adidas for over 7 years now and these feel nothing like the previous models. The response is significantly less than the earlier versions and although it appears to have more eTPU in the midsole this did not provide better performance (at least for me). My biggest regret was waiting to long until I was outside of the return window in order to get a refund.

I was so hyped to get this product then once i got it, I wore them literally the 6 hours I was on University Campus and my ankle bones were bleeding by the end of it :( !! I boxed them and returned them THE NEXT DAY !! However, THE ULTRABOOST 5.0 DNA WERE PERFECT !!

The 21 is the worst Ultraboost version yet. Its completely unwearable, with it's pointy, too short toes. The shape is so strange that sizing up was no help at all. I held out hope after the disappointing UB20s came out that Adidas would fix their mistakes with that shoe, but instead they came out with something worse than I could have imagined! Unless they can bring back a shoe that fits and feels like the UB19s, I'm done with Adidas. I honestly don't know where all the good reviews are coming from, because I don't see too many folks with triangular feet walking around.
