The sides are very uncomfortable. Also, these are the stiffest CloudFoam series I ever owned.

Sneakers looked nice online, but in person they are some really ugly sneakers. Took a look at them and immediately returning.

The sole on shoe is leaving its space I mean it's getting fold from one side

The color is beautiful but they are too narrow. My foot feels too high in these shoes.

The picture included with the shoe makes them appear grey instead of black. They are black. Why not have an accurate picture of the shoe?

Make the shoes the same. The right shoe kills the top of my foot to where they are very uncomfortable to wear if tied correctly and run the top of my foot raw almost. Would have sent them back but already wore them.

Running ia out of the question, the sole is too flimsy and too soft. That makes your feet try to find balance on every step, which is very exhausting. I bought them for a 1wk trip to disney. My expectation was just to have a comfortable shoe for walking. They were not comfortable and the thread was gone on the 3rd day. Yes the shoe is cheap, but i would have bought a 130 dlls running shoe that would last a year, instead of a 50 dll shoe that lasted 3 days

Very uncomfortable sole, needs to replace the sole

The mesh upper is Dark Green not grey or black as listed. The top eyelets are to high and too far forward on the shoe to get a tight/secure fit. Lesson learned- don't buy shoes online unless you've tried them on somewhere first.

The left shoe is smaller than the right shoe. The difference can be measured with a tape measure. Both shoes are labelled as the same size.

These shoes began to hurt the foot after a few hours. I wanted to change the insole but the original was too tight to get out. Really disappointed with this product. I drove 3 hours to the mall to get them.

Improve quality. Pay attention to details. Left shoe is wider for 1 cm than the right shoe. Both shoes are the same size but the sole of the left shoe is bigger than the other one, seems really odd to me. Would not recommend if you pay close attention to details, if you look closely, the shoes are not the same despite being the same design and size.

It would have been great to be let known that they don't have them in black colour before deciding to send me green coloured in hope that I wouldn't mind or what? Now more hassle of returning the item. My first time buying straight from their store and the experience is as poor as it gets.

Product seems to be cheaply made and not made from strong material at all. Insoles are very slippery.

That recycled material is not the same. I want to replace them but I lost my recipe. The size was way to big for a size 9.

Laces broke off within a couple weeks of wear. I do not recommend.

I have used these new to me pair of shoes 3 times and went to put on for a run and the loop the lace runs through has broke. I am sure it is just a one-off.

The shoe is super comfortable. However, lace loop literally broke on first wearing. Complete waste of time to return, so adjusted the loop and skipped it. Then the next one broke, then the next one. Shoes are essentially useless. Shame because they look good and are comfortable.

Shoes where very comfy but he laces came apart after 3 weeks of owning the shoes. Cannot now wear the shoes.
