Super cute - 5 stars in style! Like other reviewers, they felt true to size, BUT, they are hard to get on. A zipper is definitely needed, or a shoe horn. I felt a little pressure on the heel, but I think that’s how it helps to stays on. After walking around the house in them for a few minutes they seemed fine. I’m pretty sure I’ll keep them, but I will purchase a shoe horn.

These are so cute, but impossible to get on. I really had to struggle to get them on and off. They were about half size too small and way too narrow. So disappointed.

My first pair of booties and love the color! My only issue is these shoes are hard to get on and off. I highly suggest locating a shoehorn to assist.

These shoes are pretty narrow. I am usually an 8 1/2 or a nine, and the nine barely fit.

insole was really hard, hurts my feet

Very hard to get on. I have a very similar pair of life stride boots with a zipper and I have no problem with them. I thought that since there are slits on both sides putting them on and taking them off would not ew an issue but it is, once they fit well. I am hoping that after I wear them a few times the opening will stretch a bit. My feet are thin and narrow so I have no idea why there ere is an issue. I have never had a problem with putting on my correct size boot ever

I wear a wide width and it was truely a wide width but when I walked in it, it was painful on my heel every time I stepped down. They are going back. It's too bad because they were really cute.

Love the look of these shoes, but my heel kept slipping out of the ankle no matter what socks I tried them with. They're going back and my quest for a grey ankle boot continues.

Definitely size up. My foot felt squished into this shoe. So sad because it’s so cute!

overall a good boot. but I have a hard time matching these shoes with outfits, maybe its just me? plus I cant where my normal ankle socks, these boots go too low and looks dorky if your socks are showing.

I liked a lot about these. The dealbreaker was that the top of the shoe is pushed down onto the top of my foot with every step due to the design of having the front of the shoe rise up instead of being cut down. And it hurts! If they're worn and loosen up, this likely would become less an issue, but I couldn't tolerate wearing these for more than 20 steps around my apartment before I needed them off! I felt like the top of my feet were getting bruised even using thick socks.

Unfortunately had to return this shoe. Looked great, but was very uncomfortable on the heel. The built in cushion is felt as a bump on the heel.

I liked the look of the boot but they were very difficult to put on. I have a high arch and the elastic did not give me enough room. A zipper would have helped. If you don’t have a high arch then these would be great for you!! No padding so couldn’t have worn them for long periods.

This shoe runs a little short. It’s a true wide width but I had to go up 1/2 size.

I had a similar problem as another customer: I couldn't get my foot INTO the boot at all. The opening was too small and there was no zipper. So, I cannot attest to the size/width/support of the boot, but it is a very cute pair of shoes. I'm bummed they didn't work out. I will shop exclusively for boots/booties that have side zippers from now on.

These shoes are beautiful I really was hoping they would fit but unfortunately did not work for me.

Overall this could be a good everyday bootie. I'm returning because the color is darker grey than I wanted. Style is a little tired and looks old.

I have other Lifestride shoes -- these newer styles are not nearly as wide as the ones from years past

These were so cute! But they came very worn and kinda gross. the fabric was worn in spots and there was even a random insole shoved in one of the shoes.
