These are very attractive and we'll made. I could not get my foot in them, but I think the cause is an issue particular to me. I ordered large width size 9. The opening of the shoe does not allow for me to get my foot in them because my foot --- can't make the turn, so to speak. I'm not sure how to describe this. I can only write that if there had been more give between the front and the back (heel section) leather, where the two come together, I would've had no problem. The shoe is made well and designed to handle this problem, but for me, didn't give enough give without me feeling like I might damage the shoe if I forced it. I have a high arch and if you measure my bare foot, from the floor to the top of my foot, my foot would be "taller", so I think this issue is probably just particular to me. I might have gotten the shoe on, were I willing to risk forcing it, but I suspect over time, the opening would become so large it could be problematic. I think it's a great stylish shoe and would probably work fine for your average customer. I knew I was taking a chance when I ordered them. I have this same trouble with most boot type shoes because of this issue.

Really cute, but these booties are SOOOOO narrow, I had a hard time getting my foot into them. And when I did, there was a lot of slipping in the heel. Cute black booties are so hard to find and I'm bummed. I'm returning them.

I ordered based on previous reviews stating they ran narrow. I have a narrow foot and usually only order narrow width shoes but thought I would try these eve though they were medium width. They are still a little wide for me but with extra inserts are doable. I love the color grey and style and would recommend them taking into consideration they do run a little more narrow than most mediums

I ordered these boots in a wide width, and they're perfect! I'm sure they'll be my go-to boot this winter. They're super comfortable right out of the box, and very cute. May order a brown pair!

I need the comfort, I want the style. This shoe has both.

Ordered my usual size in these and found them ever so slightly narrow. After a few wears though, they have loosened up. They're quite comfy with just a little bit of a heel. I must admit, I hate socks, and wear these without. Often times, booties are a no-go without socks, but these are comfy sans socks, which makes me happy. Ordered the gray; most likely am ordering the black as well.

They seem to run small. I ordered a wide and could not get my foot into the boot.

I was pleasantly surprised to find these shoes fit well, comfortable and good looking.

These boots were pretty and a nice value but they seemed to fit on the smaller side. Also the top of the boot felt somewhat uncomfortable on my leg.

Love the look, super cute bootie. At first felt very comfortable but after wearing them a few minutes realized not enough arch support for me, I will return them. May be sufficient arch support for some, but I needed more

Fit was perfect

Love these! Great quality and comfortable! Look great with jeans and just enough of a heel to be flattering but not too high.

The shoes are meant to slide on & off. But the finishing edges tear and damage each time I take them on or off. Very cheaply made and poor quality. Only worn briefly twice and it appears that the shoes are falling apart.

Nice looking boot at a very reasonable price. I decided on a different one, so I am returning both the Brown and the Black

Very comfortable and stylish!

Unfortunately, I also loved the style of these booties but I found out if I didn’t want to ruin the back getting them on that I should have to take a shoe horn with me to get them back on once I got them off. Most of my family and friends take our shoes off if we enter their homes so these booties just wouldn’t work for me. ??

I did get them on even with my high instep, but the footbed was a bit slippery so my toes jammed up in the front. Maybe could have gotten some grippy stuff in there but I needed shoes for a wedding and didn’t have time to experiment. Pretty cute and was a little sad as I did actually get them on which is hard with this style!
