The shoes looked very attractive in the box. Very nice lines and very nice leather. Unfortunately, I couldn't get them to zip - the zipper was hard to pull & my arch is too high to allow the zipper to close.

I purchased a 9W, usually I wear a 9 or 91/2 depending on brand. The size and width felt ok, not especially wide. I didn't like how the shoe fit at the top of my foot. I think the rubbing could have become irritating throughout the day. The length on a 91/2 was definitely long. I'll keep looking.

This shoe was what I was looking for as a Fall shoe. The style is very versatile jeans, workout clothes to and from gym, with or without socks. But, the shoes is narrow, too narrow for me to wear. Bummer! Thanks Zappos for your great shipping and return. Much appreciated.

These don't feel like a wide. Had to return.

These shoes are cute, but were too narrow. It felt like my foot was making the lateral side of the shoe bulge out. I have never had to purchase a wide shoe, but possibly a wide in these shoes would work. I will just be returning though.

I wear Lifestride and I love the 3 pairs I own, but this pair was really not comfortable. The left show fit perfect, but the right was narrow and really tight on my arch. I thought maybe the pair did not match, but they do.

I ordered a wide and barely got my foot in. There is no way this is a true wide shoe.

No way this is wide. It looks like narrow, in fact. So disappointed.
