I love the shoe, but my foot kept slipping when walking. I'm going to try the medium width instead of the wide. The length seemed to be fine. I really want this shoe to work. Love the look.

Reviews said these ran large. They do not.

These shoes are great, I love how the dark brown color which is so hard to find.

Though the fit was good, the heel was a bit too high for me.

These are beautiful well-made shoes and are very professional looking. I bought them in navy blue and they were just what I was looking for. The fit was as expected for an eight medium except for the heel. The heel was too wide for me and the shoes kept slipping off my feet. I also would have liked a bit more cushioning in the foot bed. Unfortunately I had to return them because of the problem with heel slippage. Otherwise I highly recommend these shoes to anyone looking for a well-made and good looking pump.

I love the fit and style of this shoe, very versatile and perfect height. Returning because the shoes are plastic-like and don't have a lot of give; the edges are sharp. If these were leather or a stretchy fabric they would be fantastic.

Will keep, but not a true fit, able to use insoles to make a better and more comfortable fit.

Just got them and tried them on and they feel tight. The leingh is good which I was worried about because I go between sizes and 11 and 11,5 and 11 at was perfect. But they are tight. I feel like they could stretch out but I ordered 11 wide instead so I I’ll see how that feels. Never wear wide, I actually have pretty narrow feel but these shoes feel tight so I’ll try it in wide. Love the look and they do feel very comfy. I only walked in the house a little Excited to get wide tho. And I feel like I’ll be very happy with them

9 is my regular size , i have some clarks shoes in 8.5 wide and fit fine so i usually go down half size if ordering wide. because they are pointed toe they seem small I would order 9 wide but they are out of stock...so i have to return feel very tight.

These shoes are so beautiful in color and style. My concern is it’s not wide like the description suggests. It’s extremely tight around middle portion of my foot. I can’t tell if that’s because the shoe is made from leather and needs time to break in or if the shoe is just too narrow. Either way I still love them and I’m not sure I’ll send them back. Just wear them on office days where I sit more.

Have tried a lot of shoes for work, comfort being the top priority but also not looking frumpy. This pair was very comfortable, I ordered a W instead of my usual M width because that’s a painful lesson I learnt for heels and pumps. Don’t want my toes all squished in but the style just isn’t for me, so returning it. Thanks Zappos for this customer-friendly service of free returns!

The fit and size were true. They are a little 'stiff' but I feel like the shoes will limber up as they are worn more. It's a comfortable pair of shoes w/excellent arch support for my feel.

The style is very cute for business casual looks, but it feels a little stiff in the toe box. I’m hoping it’ll soften up after breaking them in.

I really liked the shoe style and color but the leather is so stiff especially around the ankles, that I can tell there will be a significant breaking in period. The toe box also feels too narrow for me. I went back and forth a lot trying to decide whether to keep them because I really like the way they look but I don't think I'm willing to deal with the discomfort.

Was looking for a great block heel shoe for work and this had great reviews. I ordered both a 7.5 and 8 and they were both far too narrow with the 7.5 being to small all around. Maybe in a wide width they would be better, but I sadly had to return both pairs knowing that with all the walking/standing I do daily, my feet would not be able to tolerate narrow shoes.
