Customer Reviews Brooks Chaser 3" Shorts

I am 5' 3" and weigh 110 lbs. (with a fairly straight shape / not a lot of curve definition). I normally wear an XS or S, so I ordered both sizes. The S fit me better. I was hesitant about the waistband (I don't like the style and thought it would be uncomfortable), but it works well with the short's material and fit. The shorts are very lightweight (perfect for hot weather), and there is ample leg room for running or any movement greater than walking, without feeling restricted. The one feature I would like is zippered side pockets, which I haven't found yet with this brand. The Sweaty Betty brand offers a style with zippered side pockets, but the shorts a little heavier than these Brooks Chaser shorts.

Good shorts for working out

I normally don't write reviews. But these are by far some of the most comfortable and flattering running shorts I've worn in a long time! I'm 5'5" 115lbs and the XS was perfect. Waistband just right, not too tight or loose, and the rise is in-between typical mid-rise and high-rise so I don't feel like I'm having to roll them down or pull them up to be flattering. Sitting down they don't bunch up. I went back and bought them in every color. Just buy them for yourself before they sell out!

I have two of the same color of these and dying for BROOKS to make more / carry them in smaller sizes! BROOKS has such vibrant color choices so why are we being boring this year with the 3" chasers!?

This is my second Chaser 3"short since last year. I love the way it feels: so light and breathable! Also, it is very functional with very well placed pockets. Please do not stop making these, and do not change anything about them!

Perfect running short!! I?m 5?8? and 135 lbs and wear a small and it fits so perfect! the waistband is so comfortable and the length is perfect! They are super light and breathable! Bought a second pair!!

Great running shorts. I like a loose comfortable fit and was worried when these were a little snug, but I don't have any irritation from the built-in liner and they've been great for longer runs. Definitely buying more.

Love these light shorts with all of the pockets. These are my favorite shorts.

Using for my marathon training, they're super light weight and do not chafe (but they do bunch a little on the inner thigh but I have thighs and get super sweaty training in Florida)! The bunching was not a deal breaker tho. I'm 5'7" 140lb and I ordered a medium and they fit perfect. They're not too tight on my waist which can be restrictive to my gut/breathing while training.
