Love the look/style of these shoes, I gave comfort a 3 star, because the slight wedge heel, the ball of foot takes pressure. If it had some memory cushion in it.. WOW you wouldn't want to take the shoes off. Been wearing around house, to see if its doable and keepable.. is it 100% comfortable, no, but they're sooo cute. :)

This version of the Soft 7 has a less round toe box giving a narrower feeling by the toes. The shoe is also not as flat as some of my other Ecco Soft 7’s. The fabric is slightly more stretchy than leather so it may get more comfortable with wear. I wore them all day on the first day and I did have a slightly inflamed right toe but they are still very comfortable.

Size and fit are PERFECT! Extremely comfortable and sure to last a long time.

Love these soft 7 shoes! The extra heal height is amazing and they are the most comfortable shoes around. After wearing a pair of Ecco soft 7, you won’t wear anything else!

Love these shoes! They are sooo comfy, and they are plain and simple, feel like you are wearing a sneaker, but looks like you are wearing a shoe.

I have a problem foot, and am a senior citizen, so finding shoes that are comfortable is very difficult. I have bought Ecco shoes before so tried these, and they pass muster. Not perfect, but am keeping them!

I really liked this shoe but my size is 5-1/2 or 6. I ordered the 6-6-1/2 since I plan to wear them with socks but they were definitely too large.

It fit and was true to M width (though I actually take a N shoe), but it just was not comfortable.

My feet are borderline wide. These pinch at the sides and don't give enough wiggle room for my liking. Overall the style is nice looking but i'd say this shoe is a tad on the narrow side or at least on the pair i received.

For an Ecco it was very wide, so wide my foot sloshs around in it. So I'm going to have to send it back. I'm very disappointed as I was hoping to use this for travel. Since this is the smallest shoe size available I don't think there is anything else I can do, This is just a bad shoe for Ecco. I wear mostly Eccos so I know what to expect.

Let’s review appearance first. In a word “orthopedic.” In fairness, it may look so because of my size 12 putty. Fit?…..very narrow and constricted on top of foot. I expected more from Ecco. Returned them.

ECCO is usually a good fit but this one didn't cup my heel and gapped at the heel. I also did not like the material at all. It looked cheap and flimsy, not at all what I'm used to finding with ECCO.

This brand fit a year ago, they’re running smaller now :(

Why do shoe manufacturers/retailers think that a Women's U.S. size 4 is equal to a European 35? US 4 = EU 33. Even a 4.5 is only a EU 34. It's misleading to filter on a size 4 and have lots of European shoes come up, only to find out they're all EU 35, which is a US size 5.

Just too small for me. I returned.
