Beautiful shoes and, were it not for a little problem described below, they were very comfortable. I love the Biom series and it's hard to find colorful cute shoes in that line. The fabric is sort of thin and I could easily see it wearing through or getting damaged with regular outdoor use. But I was looking for something like "dress sneakers," so this really fit the bill--especially with that beautiful purple color! The reason for just four stars: Sadly, I may have gotten a defective pair but there was something inside on one shoe only, just above the sole, cutting into the side of my foot. I put on super thick socks and that helped, but then I think I'll be wearing thinner socks in the summer. I tried again with a medium weight sock, and once again, something sharp was rubbing. I really wanted to keep these, but couldn't. Fortunately, Zappos makes returns easy, and so I always buy from them. I would have exchanged them, but that was the last one in my size.

I bought them in yellow in size 38 whereas my regular size is 39. In an Ecco store I was told that I needed to size down for this style, and they were right. They fit me well except that they feel a bit tight right by my pinky. I hope that feeling goes away with time. I bought a similar style made of fabric from Ecco, in three different colors (white, red, and purple), in Japan, but that style does not seem available in the US. The fabric version is a lot lighter and fits me better, and also about 20% cheaper, but yellow is not available, so I decided to get this in yellow. It is very stylish and great for walking, and the tightness does not really get in the way. I have walked more than an hour each time, and it was comfortable. I just hope they won’t get soiled; I make sure to wipe away any dirt that gets on the shoes.

Had to return my first choice because they were one size too big. Once I got the size that fit, they are a dream. Don’t want to take them off!

Lightweight sneaker, has moderate cushions. Runs 1 size large. (I use size 8 on ASICS.) Fabric nylon very thin.

These are so comfortable that wearing them is like walking on clouds! And being Ecco, I know they’ll last for decades to come. As everyone mentions, the sizing chart is wrong. I wear a US 8 and I’m definitely a 38 not a 39 like the chart says I should be.

Love the color, fit, comfort, and style. So glad I ordered a size smaller like some reviews suggested.

These are adorable well made sneakers but they were a full size too large. I have other ECCO sneakers in a 38 and those are a bit big but work fine with thick socks. However, these were way too big so I have to return them.

Sizing was off on this shoe for my foot. My usual 41 too big. 40 too small. Love the style design and materials though.

the color is fabulous but the shoe does not work for my high instep foot. it is a slip on and I could see it squeezing my foot at the top. too bad, I had to return.

This is a very nice shoe: a fabulous red-orange. Unfortunately, it was not wide enough and the slip on style doesn’t allow for a loosening of shoelaces. Sadly, had to send them back.

Felt like wearing a cardboard box on my feet. (I am an Ecco fan and wear their sandals and golf shoes... BUT the fit and movement on this style was not good.

Lace loop ripped on first wear so didn’t get a chance to work out in them. Sized down, good support & fun style of only the quality were as high as the price.

The shoe is difficult to put on due to the lace construction. The toe box is not wide enough if you have a minor bunion. Ecco used to make a shoe with great support. That has been lost. Too bad as I loved the shoemaker of the past. I am returning them immediately.
