These are the best and also were back in the 80's.

I just bought these sandals. They appear comfortable; however, I have not walked a lot in them. The ridge is there for the toes and balls of your feet; however, it is not as pronounced as the 'original'. They definitely stay on my feet. The buckle works like an actual buckle. They appear to be made of quality. I normally wear a size 8 but went with the size 7. The 8 was too long in the back.- so much so that it looked too big. The 7 fits perfectly.

Reminiscent of the ones I had as a child! Purchased a pair for myself and my sister. I'm true to size an 8 but usually go 8.5 in open toe/heel shoes. She is true to size a 10. We had to full size up to find the best fit. Love how versatile they are and I've literally had women stopping me in the street asking where did I find them

I was very happy to find that DrSchool's still made these shoes. I had them in my 20s and moved a lot due to be in the US Navy. My pair was lost in one of my moves. I had not seen them in stores, so I thought I would never see them again. I have plantar fasciitis and these shoes feel good to walk around in, no problem.

This version is the best in years! Yes, the toe grip isn't as pronounced as it was in the 70's but it's still very comfortable. I love that the strap is a bit wider and softer than the version I bought 2 years ago. The gold hardware is a nice touch.

I was finally able to order and receive these shoes. I have a really small foot for an adult, women's (Sz 4) and it is so hard to find good quality shoes in my size that are pretty. I had ordered them 2 times prior, but my order was cancelled because they apparently didn't have them in stock in the warehouse (even though the site said that they did). My mother had purchased several pairs of these for me as a child, but apparently Dr. Scholl's eventually stopped making them in children's sizes. Boy was I heart broken when she could no longer buy them for me. As an adult, I spent many a years as a Nurse on my feet and not taking proper care of them I developed problems and now have to wear orthopedic shoes just to be comfortable. But really, in my opinion, orthopedic shoes are just ugly. Of course if I do happen to find a pair that is decent looking, they simply don't make them in my size. I was so delighted to be able to find these once again. Unfortunately for me, it is the ONLY type of shoe that Dr. Scholl's makes in my size, and only in one color. Otherwise I would be buying so many more different types as I know that their shoes are of such great quality and comfortable. Well, to the makers of these shoes I am at least grateful that you make this particular one in my size. Now, if you could just make all the other colors of this shoe in (Sz 4) I will buy them all in each color. So happy with my purchase Thanks!

I bought them out of nostalgia... I lived in these when I was a kiddo! I love them, and appreciate them more now for all things comfort and goodness for your feet :)

These are so cute. Had a pair when I was 16 that I lived in. When I saw these, I had to have them! Haven't gotten to wear them out yet because it's still cold here

I lo e that I can drive in these. They don't slide off when I go from the gas pedal to the brake pedal. And they look good with my skirts.

Always loved these shoes and was so happy to see I could still get them with the original hard soul. Though I believe they are a little ridiculous priced.

I've been wearing those sandals all my life so with no hesitation I ordered another pair. They came with a little issue and the customer service was quick and resourceful in the response. I solved the issue myself and didn't return them but I'm glad I had options on my side

I have always loved the original. Bought two pairs back in the nineties. Loved them so much that I have worn them out and paid to have them resolved and the leather redone. Worth every cent! When I saw they were available with REAL WOOD...I bought two more pairs. Price was no object. Love, love, love them.

I had wanted a Dr. Scholl slide for quite a few years now. I found the perfect one with the Kate Spade dot pattern. For what it's worth I also own a Kate Spade dot toaster and tea pot! [The slide is actually in leather not suede as the heading above states.]

I love this sandals. I remember my mother used to have these in the 80's. I bought them because of pain in the metatarsal pad. Since I have been wearing them I no longer feel the pain because of the hard surface and the pressure spreads out evenly. They are heavier than other sandals and I feel like I am exercising my calves when I wear them! I love them.

Always my favorite sandal. They stay on my feet when all others fly off when I walk.

The best, thankfully these are still being made, the most comfortable quality shoe of its kind on the market

I absolutely love this sandle - it reminds me of when I was a little girl. I get compliments every time I wear them!

Very cute and stylish. Great quality. I have always wanted a pair of these since I was a kid. Hope I can keep them on my feet! Will take practice but will get the hang of it.
