They're rant pretty but, they're not really the originals in my opinion. The foot bed is too narrow, the leather is too thin doesn't feel sturdy enough and the clasp is a bit flimsy and they don't have the the foot bumps to grab with your toes which was the original purpose for them as a helpful exercise for the legs/calf muscles?!?!?!

I like them a lot, but they are not the original... They don't have the same rounded center that they used to have, which gave support in the front part of the foot. I still have the old ones, and really would love that feature that made them more comfortable when wearing for many hours. Still, they feel good.

It looked like something was missing when I first saw the sandals so I watched the Dr Scholls commercial from 1983 on YouTube. Google the 1983 commercial. It's all about the TOE GRIP and how it helps your muscles, makes your legs look good, etc. I wish they would bring that exact style back! Until then these are great

Gorgeous shoes however they were too large on me. I normally wear a 5.5 and the 6 were too big. Which is unfortunate because I do not think they have anything smaller than 6.

Nice memories from before, good craftsmanship. The toe bed of long ago is missing of course and the price is super high. These are a bit heavy but good leg workout. These are super cute and comfy. The adjustment straps are wonderful. I've purchased these about 4 times in my lifetime. If they brought the toe bed back, then I'd give 5 stars even with price. Nevertheless, classic beauty can be paired with a skirt, dress, jeans, leggings, and looks comfy cute.

It runs pretty much exact size or a bit small. I bought a 10 and my heal and toe went right to the very end. To some that may be a fit but they just looked and felt to small. I'm so sad about it but I'm going to have to return them.

Why oh why can't I get the wooden sole with a pleather strap in all the cute colors? I love your sustainable version of the classic sandal, but it would be 1000% nicer with the wooden sole I remember in high school, that eventually formed to your own foot. Consider doing a version for us who don't wear leather? please?

I love my new Dr Scholls. I lived in the tan ones growing up but because they don't have that color in my size right now I thought I would try red. The quality and comfort is great and the only reason I gave one less star is that the sandals I received are not red but more of a terracotta-pinkish color. I like the color so I will just keep them but they aren't the red I expected. So far so good with comfort and walking in them. I have only worn them in the house so far to break them in and they are as solid and comfortable as I remember.

I'm extremely happy with my reconnect of the Women's Original Sandal. They brought back terrific memories of when I wore them in the past. They make my feet and legs feel energized with their fabulous fit :) It took me a few minuets to figure out how to adjust the top strap-reason for 4 stars-, as no instructions were included, other than that everything else is dynamic.

These are just like I remember!! Very cute! Unfortunately not the most comfortable shoes I have.

I love my wooden Dr. Scholl's sandals! They remind me of when i bought them for the first time as a teenager. The only thing i slightly did not like was the color, which should have been red but looks like a dark salmon color.

FIFTY years ago, I bought a pair of Scholl sandalesIt's a good feeling to wear a brand new pair Elles sont un peu plus hautes .et l'lvation du bois sous les orteils manque un peu de rondeur il est plus difficile de marcher Mais I love them !

I received these shortly after I had taken a fall and my leg was sore and achy. I discovered though that wearing the Dr Scholls which required my feet to work actively helped relieve the leg pain. The one part I'm not so sure about is that the wooden sole may make it easier to take a fall or turn an ankle. I'm going to keep trying them gently!

The shoes are a good quality, but I miss the toe ridge from the original sandals. There's a small ridge but it's not the same. The wood and leather are great quality. Shoe feels a bit heavier than my last pair. I have a pair of Dr. Scholl's with a soft sole and they are more comfortable to wear, but I do prefer the wood sole.

Not wuite as comfortable as I remember without the toe grip. Also buckles were very loose and would come undone constantly. I used pliers to tighten them and now they are working much better. Still love them though!

So cute and well made, love these. I gave them a 4 star because they run big and are too large for me to wear. I have returned them

They are really cutebut hard to walk in. I wore Dr Scholl's all the time in my 20's but don't remember them being so hard to walk in! Need to practice!

I miss the toe rolls for grip. I have use these sandals in the summer for 40 years when I can find them.

I'm a fan since 1976. Back then these sandals had an amazing more pronounced tie grip. Really gave you the ability to really walk well without feeling like the sandal was going to slip. For years that's how they were made. In recent years you've lowered that toe grip. Please bring it back. Still love my Dr Scholls. Also loved when you did suede uppers. Please bring that back.

I love these sandals. I had a pair of them in the early 70's when I was pregnant. What a relief. But now I am 70 and my feet have become wider. Would like to see them in a wider size, but I will not return them. I am so glad I get to have a pair again. I did not think they were made any more. Thank you for the best sandals I ever owned.

I agree with the other review concerning color. The shoes are more green/pink than the fun orange depicted. The right shoe stretched a little and my foot slips too far forward now for my liking. A little heavy but nostalgic for me.

These are adorable, almost a perfect fit, length is good and TTS, but I'm kind of in between strap settings across the foot. Not a big deal, though. The lavender rubber bottom makes them very quiet. Did I mention how adorable these are?

These are super cute in person - just like in the photos! Heavier than expected but I guess that's solid wood for you. My only issue is the color: I ordered the Fiji Green which in the picture featured an orange-red and lime plaid pattern. In reality, it's mostly teal-green and lime. No oranges in sight. I would recommend this just be aware or color shifting in the product you receive.

Shipping took a little longer than I anticipated but otherwise love the shoes.
