Normally a Nike wearer who has no problems with width or the midsection of most shoes, wearing a D (Medium) width normally. However, these Adidas shoes felt very narrow in the toe box, causing my toes to bunch up. Tightness in the middle at the top of the shoe caused my foot to go numb within 5 minutes of putting the shoes on. I had read several (100+) reviews on these shoes and anticipated some potential tightness but this was too much for me. Length wise, this was a much longer size 13 than any Nike shoe I own, just something to keep in mind. Maybe they loosen up over time for some, but the end didn’t justify the means for me in this case. That said, the few steps I managed to get in were VERY comfortable for the bottom of my feet. They offered decent support and the Boost material is definitely worth the hype as it was very comfortable to walk on. Just not a good fit overall unfortunately. (Shoes also arrived with some damage to the top of the tongue. Not my best experience overall, but Zappos made the return process very easy so kudos to them.)

The boost is very comfortable, but all ultra boost fit quite snuggly which might not be comfortable for everyone. The shoe really fits more like a sock which is why it is so snug. If you have wide feet or bunions, these will definitely not work for you.

Good colour scheme, seemingly more supportive than my old ultraboosts (though they could just be knackered!) and really comfortable. I'm really pleased with them.

I own the ultraboost 19. Initially I purchased a pair in true to size, but it was rather tight around the mid-foot area per the design. The second time I went up a half size, and that ultimately has been the best fit, which makes it more comfortable and less “restrictive” in the mid-foot section! Everybody’s foot anatomy is different, so I’d suggest you get two sizes ordered and then return the one that doesn’t fit perfectly. Finally, as the last reviewer mentioned, the insole that comes with the ultraboost 19 is pretty thin and flimsy, and it gets moving around over time. One remedy is to take it out completely, which makes your feet in closer contact with the boost sole! Another solution is to use an aftermarket insole, and that will make your ultraboost even more comfortable.

I love this shoe and wish i could give it 5 stars. Unfortunately for me the shoe has one very annoying flaw and that is the insole. After wearing the shoes a couple of times both of the shoe's insoles started sliding around and becoming a nuisance. Typically this would not be a big deal but for a pair of shoes that retails for $180 I would expect better quality. I have not always been a big Adidas fan until the past couple years and am not a big fan of their products. I hope they can get this issue resolved for future models.

Should be a perfect fit if spending decent amount of money on a pair of trainers. Loved the previous version more

These have been on my son's wishlist for a while now. We splurged for back to school and they arrived last night. Unfortunately, they appear to be worn. No tags, dirt on toe, tissue wrap all mangled. We will try again and hope for a new pair. :)

I am very particular with how shoes feel on my feet. I like the UB 4.0 much more. The sleeve on the shoes isn't a smooth material, and therefore felt like it would rub my ankle/leg after wearing for a day. I opted to return these. If you aren't as particular, they are very comfortable otherwise!

Although I typically wear a size 14 in Adidas I had to move up a size for the Ultraboost. The narrow width and the all mesh sock-like design of the toe box felt too constricting in the size 14. I don’t plan on ever running in these shoes; they have too much cushion and foot roll for my liking. However, they are crazy comfortable for everyday use.

I am 6’2” and weigh 215 lbs. and need firmer cushioned shoes. The UB19 are perfectly cushioned, and the fit is unmatched. It takes a bit to get used to the sock like fit, but once there the constant tying and untying with other shoes for a good fit are not an issue with the UB19. I also noticed that my cadence is quicker, even though these aren’t the lightest daily trainers. Maybe the boost/torsion combo is helping with my turnover. Most importantly, I do not have any hot spots, pain, or soreness issues at all. I do wish they could shave an ounce off without losing the cushion of the UB19. The weight is the only reason for the 4/5.

Great running shoe. I typically run in a 4E but the flexible nature of the toe box upper really let’s me spread my toes. Little discomfort at the corner of the shoes but cushion makes up for that.

I got quite bad arch blistering after running in these which was unusual and probably because they are quite compressive, I probably should have ordered a size or half size up. I also felt like they were not supportive enough on my mid foot for my liking. However, they would do they job for 5k and are pretty comfortable for wearing casually too.

Very tight fit at the back. Swifts in the same size fit perfectly. Maybe I'll try and see if these will loosen over time.

Remember this is a shoe designed for the purpose of running! This shoe does not have the traditional wow factor of a normal ultra boost either. I'd also recommend half size down from your normal ultra boost sizing as the are definitely big. The look grows on you but definitely not must addition to the collection 6/10
