Don't buy this. It's ugly, and weirdly sticky to the touch. Under the sole liners it has threading taped on since apparently they couldn't be bothered to actually finish sewing.

Not sure whether the product is as robust as what was produced in the 80s

First of all, these shoes look great in my opinion (I have an off-white pair). They're a clean silhouette that works with anything from smart trousers to swim shorts. Now the negatives. These shoes are NOT comfortable. The area to the side of the toes where several layers meet seems poorly considered. This part has absolutely no 'give' and presses to the outside of my toes, causing discomfort. Having worn these a number of times now, the pain hasn't dissipated very much. In addition to this, the leather creases very easily, meaning the toe box looks worse with every wear. I wouldn't buy these again, which is a shame as there are some great colour-ways and they're a good price.

These arrived already laced up and tied , without paper stuffing inside the shoes suggesting that they had already been worn and returned

Most uncomfortable shoes ever!!! Zero comfort level. I wore these for a few hours and came back home absolutely shattered hip down.

Shoes split at the front from the soul within 2 months

Is quiet uncomfortable as it pricks the toes inside. Not easy wear. I am disappointed a bit with this. It is not a smooth walk

Initially i kind off like the shoes but gradually the show and the sole started getting separated so kind of disappointing to see that and when you have a lot of expectations.

Personalised lettering came off within hours of inside use. Was a wedding present, so VERY disappointed. As a regular buyer of Adidas products this has made me question my allegiance.

Shoe is a very narrow fit and comes up a size short. Tried them a couple of times to see if they'd stretch but ended up with bad sores on both little toes

The quality of this shoe is excellent, it's just very unsuitable for people who have the "natural" foot shape that is wider at the front. The front is to narrow and it hurt my feet after walking in them. 5* for the comfort excluding the narrow toe front.

I ordered US 9. The box said US 9. The shoes in the box were US 5.5 I saw the 9 listed for one day and bought them. I suggest you never had them in stock. What's with this vegan shoe, same style you have 9 in stock? I require a leather upper.

So so bad, I don't recommend that The inside of the shoe was badly sewn. You can never walk with it, it hurts

Super uncomfortable on the top of the foot on either side inside the shoe where the tongue joins the shoe - I think there's 2 bits of material that are protruding and dig into the foot

Great looking shoes but flawed design. They are narrow in the toe area so the side of the foot catch's onto the side lip of the tongue as its stitched to the wall of the shoe. My Sambas tongue is sown to the top of the shoe so no rubbing.

Not at all comfortable will never recommending this any one

One of the worst experience I got by receiving a used shoe which was just cleaned and put in the box which was also damaged. I Was excited with the shoes but got a used shoe with All dirt from inside and outside and damages.

The shoe would be fine - great even - if they just finished the job. I don't know who was behind the stylistic choice to not cut the shoe panels in line with the stitches and instead leave sharp overlapping corners unstitched and flapping about, but they misunderstood what customers want from progressive and sustainable manufacturing. Eco-friendly doesn't mean you should drop quality to give products a pseudo-rustic feel that somehow bestows the product with magical eco-friendly powers. It feels like a school project that was rushed to completion the night before the due-date. Even the insole isn't set properly and is a bit too big. I'll be back for the shoe when it's no longer a prototype.

Mark given is low as I am being asked to review the product not the service. Service as ever was excellent with prompt delivery & easy returns service. Ordered a replacement pair of Stan Smiths which arrived within 3 days. As for the Continental 80 shoes the right foot was very uncomfortable towards the toe end & needed to be returned.

The shoes are very uncomfortable and "loud" makes them impossible to wear anywhere

Was too big. Got my size 8 women's but it was 2 sizes too big and I had to return plus it rubbed the back of my heel and would have gotten blisters

Colour I have size 12. These ones way smaller. Had to request bigger size. Were a birthday gift

ordered size 10, right shoe fit perfectly however the left felt really uncomfortable around the big toe area.
